Hiya!

I’m Bella, I’m 27 and have been as a civil servant in the UK’s Health Department for the past 4 years. Before that I have done all sorts of while studying first at school and then at uni - working in a care home, waitressing, advertising, barista -ing, working at a disabled riding centre. I’ve been really lucky to work some amazing jobs and to be able to visit some amazing places.

I love nature and animals, being inside and working with people. I’m not afraid to muck in and get my hands dirty and pride myself in being happy-go-lucky, calm and collected. I love meeting new people and the simple things in life - good food, good company and enjoying the world around me :)

Other things you might want to know: I speak french and (some) Spanish, I’m vegetarian and I love most sports (even when I’m bad at them) and I make it my mission to try new thing whether that’s trucking around in a van, barn dancing or new foods!

I have a wide variety of relevant experience and skills

- barista (coffee maker) and cafe worker (1 year)
- waitressing and bartending (4+ years) - including working in a British Afternoon Tea Room!
- groom/ support at a disabled riding centre (1 year)
- advertising and recruitment (2 years)
- care worker (1 year)

I also have a Biology degree and have published 2 peer-reviewed papers alongside 4 years working on public health policy in the UK health department. This as given me great experience managing time and resource, public speaking and working in a team.
