Dear hosts and other travelers,

I am a young adult from Germany who lost her heart to the wide unknown more than a decade ago. At the age of 16, I had the immense luck to attend High School for a year in Venezuela, South America. Since then, my feet have carried me to far away places, discovering wonders beyond the borders of what I already know. Traveling various countries, meeting many people and getting to know a part of their culture, has made me view the world with different eyes. I want to share that joy and excitement with others.

I completed my studies as a stage and costume designer for theatre and film a couple of years ago and have been working in one of the world's biggest Opera houses in my hometown, Munich. I am a creative and open-minded person and I love to build and shape things with my hands just as much as thoroughly planning events and festivities. I have a weakness for tea, flowers and trees, good food and board games. I love cooking and baking, especially with and for other people and have been trying to master the art of Macarons!

For some years, my path has repeatedly led me to Eastern Asia and I want to take a break from my job to experience other ways of living, knowing there is so much more out there!
I am eternally grateful for the opportunities and know my wanderlust will never stop leading my way...

My native language is German, I am fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch and I studied French for a while. Korean is next on my list to tackle, although I am sure it won't be easy.
