Hello! My name is Anna and I am 24 years old. I love to explore other cultures and languages and traveling gives me this incomparable feeling of freedom – I guess every traveler knows what I’m talking about :)

Apart from that, in my free time I like to write, read, draw, playing the guitar, going to concerts, meeting with friends...

Now that I've completed my bachelor's degree in Psychology last semester, I'm looking forward to seeing something of the world and making new experiences!

Job and volunteer experiences:
-working as an au pair in France for 6 months
-working at a café and small grocery store
-various babysitting jobs
-working as a paramedic
-gastronomy at events (festival, christmas market)
-volunteering for a social organisation in Romania - creating a holiday program for children
during the summer holidays

I do not have any work_away experiences yet, but I'm really looking forward to it because I think it's a great chance for both work_awayers and hosts.

I’m looking forward to get to know you, your environment, and your country, and to give my contribution to your project. I believe that getting involved in a process and getting in touch with people is the best way to explore a new environment – not just see, but experience it.

I am a calm and introverted person, but very open-minded, interested and always happy to get to know new people and learn new things. I love camping, being in the nature, and sitting around a campfire while playing the guitar or having deep talks. :)

I'm fascinated by languages, and always happy to practice or teach them, and learn something new. I can teach you German, English, and French if you want. I'm always happy to learn some words in a new language, I'm especially interested learning Swedish, Spanish, and Portuguese.

I worked as an au pair in France for six months and also already had several babysitter jobs, so I have quite a lot of experience in taking care of children and also really like to do it. Kids are very wise and you can learn a lot from them. I’m also experienced in doing the household (cooking, cleaning, tidying etc.).

I also worked in a small supermarket and café for two years, so I have some experience in gastronomy and selling.

I’d love to learn something about farming, planting, growing vegetables and fruits, and keeping animals.

German is my mother tongue and I’m also fluent in English and French. I’m very happy to teach to one of those languages if you’re interested. :) And I’m also very interested in languages and always happy to learn and practice them, especially Spanish, Portuguese, and Swedish.
