Hi! I’m Ania from Poland — a former humanitarian worker, now trading office life for ocean breezes and the scent of pine forests. I’m on a journey to live closer to nature, connect genuinely with people, and explore intentional community living as an alternative to the individualistic lifestyle of the modern world.

Wild at heart and grounded by nature, I’m happiest in the water — surfing, swimming, or simply floating and watching the sky. After years of consuming, I’m feeling ready to channel my energy into creating, even if I’m not entirely sure yet what shape that will take. My dream is to one day find or build a place together with like-minded souls.

A long time ago I also earned an engineering degree and, although it was never my main professional path, I’ve always enjoyed “engineering things” — finding solutions to both organizational and practical challenges. I’m not afraid of physical work and even have some modest carpentry experience (once I built a beautiful wooden lamp from scratch!). I’ve also written project proposals to raise funds for various organizations, and taught kayaking — which means I’m comfortable both with teamwork and with getting my hands wet (literally).

I bring a mix of organizational and hands-on abilities. My background is in humanitarian project management, where I developed strong problem-solving, coordination, and fundraising skills. I enjoy “engineering things” — finding creative solutions to both practical and logistical challenges.

I have some very modest carpentry experience (furniture renovation), and I’m eager to gain more experience in areas like farming, building, and renovation. I’m not afraid of physical work, I learn quickly, and I enjoy working both independently and in a team.

I’m also passionate about water sports — I have taught kayaking and enjoy surfing — and I’m happy to help with any water-related activities.
