Description
Hi my name is Anita! I love to learn new things, it doesn’t matter, if it’s facts about a new culture, sports, craftsmen skills, languages etc. Additionally I love discovering new landscapes and nature, especially in other countries with different scenery’s. Personally my hometown is quite close to the Alpes, so, of course, I am already used to being surrounded by a beautiful landscape. I think the world is just so full of things to discover and new people to meet. This mindset is where my curiosity sparks from and the reason why I joined this community. For me every experience I can make is already a win and, I am certain, a valuable memory.

More details about your skills
I am very fond of cooking. I started when I was around 8 years old. First I did simple dishes like noodles and later proceeded to more complex meals. Some people I know, even consider me a “foodie”, for the reason, that I am always trying to make dishes from different cuisines and well, most people who like to cook also like to eat what they produced. In the last years I got into plant based cooking too, but I still can cook for an omnivore diet too. The same applies for baking. Other domestic tasks won’t be a problem too, like washing clothes or cleaning up.
Since I have a let’s say very “crafty talented” father, he taught me some skills too, regarding wood work and simple home maintenances. This way I was also able to build a small shelve for my room or to install new doors for my closet. The only problem I can think of here is communicating the tools I need or the work that has to be done in another language different from my mother tongue, but I think we will make things work ;)
Regarding sports I did a wide variety of different kinds. At the moment I mainly do running, Volleyball and a bit of lifting. But I enjoy horse riding, swimming, cycling and dancing too. In the past, I also did Ballet, tap dance, fencing and gymnastics too. You see, I really like to try new things!
Next to German (my native language) I have a C2 in English and can participate in easy Chinese conversations. Furthermore I also learned Latin in school, but I don’t think it can be counted as a language, however I am planning to learn Italian in the near future, which can be quite similar.Age

What else ...
I am a big fan of music. I played the piano myself for around six years, but I didn’t pick that up again for about a year, because of time. However i love to learn about it in other languages, because in songs with lyrics you often get know the story behind the song too.
