Hi my name is Andy I am now 41 and love the great outdoors. I enjoy helping others and working hard to the best of my abilities. I enjoy most sports especially fishing. I am a big nature and animal lover too. I love to upcycle and use materials at my disposal and coming up with possible solutions. I went to France via workaway in September 2018 after ten years working for myself as a painter and decorator/handyman and gardener, previous to this I worked alongside many different trades after leaving school. In May 2019 I got a full time position on a 5 star campsite, chateau des Marais for sandaya (but please don’t think I need or expect 5 star treatment)in the position of maintenance and gardening also helping with cleaning duties of mobile homes. Unfortunately i do not arrive with work tools but I know how use them with confidence.

It was the first time I have had help from a Workaway person , I wish I'd done it years ago as Andrew was a godsend. Great worker, fine communicator and generally a nice easy guy to get along with.
