Amy: I have a decades worth of experience in hospitality. From this I have developed excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to take on instruction and learn in a fast paced environment. Coming to Australia, I have loved learning about the wildlife, nature and lifestyle the country has to offer, and would love to work in a more natural environment or agriculture to further develop my knowledge and skills.
Alice: I have five years worth of office experience in the financial field. Before this, I used to work in a shop where I was in charge of the garden centre. I learned a multitude of skills through this job such as how to grow plants and how to plant them in the correct way. I looked after the plants daily and helped customers with their gardening needs. After working five years in an office, I would love to get back into this type of hands on work with nature again. I have also helped my dad with his side business of firewood for the last few years. This included log splitting and stacking, as well as using a chainsaw.
