Description
I’ve been working with people pretty much my whole life. I have around 17 years of experience in hospitality, mostly in managerial roles, which means I’m very good at keeping things running, staying calm when stuff goes wrong and making sure people feel taken care of.
Along the way, I’ve also worked a lot with kids and adults in more personal settings. I’ve taught young children at a language school (lots of patience, creativity and silliness involved) and I’ve done therapeutic work with both children and adults, which has really shaped how I show up with empathy and respect for people’s boundaries and stories.
I speak three languages fluently and genuinely love cultural exchange, deep conversations, shared meals and the everyday rhythm of life in a place. I’m warm, open-minded, a bit silly and easy to be around. I’m responsible, but not rigid — I can lead when needed, follow when it makes sense and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty.
I’m looking for places where mutual trust, kindness and a bit of chaos are welcome. Happy to help where I’m needed, connect with people and be part of something real rather than “perfect.”

More details about your skills
I’m very much a people person and have spent the last 17 years working in hospitality, mostly in management. That’s given me a pretty solid skill set when it comes to organising daily life, keeping things running smoothly, communicating clearly and staying calm when things get busy or a bit chaotic.
I’ve also worked a lot with children and adults outside of hospitality. I’ve taught young kids at a language school (which means patience, creativity and flexibility come naturally) and I’m now doing therapeutic work with both children and adults. I’m naturally empathetic, attentive and good at creating a safe, warm atmosphere.
I worked in lots of different jobs in different countries, from landscaping to bookshops and primary schools to universities.
Cooking is a big passion of mine! I genuinely love cooking for others and being in the kitchen. I also enjoy cleaning and organising (yes, really) and I weirdly love tedious jobs others hate. Give me something detailed to focus on and I’m happy. I’m quite practical...and not afraid of routine when it helps a place run better.
I speak three languages fluently and feel very comfortable in international, multicultural environments. I’m adaptable, easy to live and work with and happy to jump in wherever I’m needed: whether that’s with guests, kids, household tasks or behind-the-scenes support.
I'd say my main “skills” are empathy, hard-working, clear communication and a calm presence. I take responsibility seriously but don’t take myself too seriously :) I really value trust, kindness and a shared sense of everyday life.
