Parmi mes loisirs sont la randonnée, les scouts, le piano, dessiner, faire de la peinture, la photographie, le foot gaélique, et le camogie (des sports irlandais). J'ai hâte de découvrir de nouvelles cultures, d'améliorer mes compétences linguistiques, et d'aller à l'aventure !

J'étudie le français à l'université, donc je cherche toujours à améliorer mon niveau de français. Je suis toujours prêtes à découvrir d'autres langues aussi ! Et comme je suis professeure de langues en formation, je suis toujours prêtes à enseigner si on s'y intéresse. As I'm studying French in university, I’d love to improve my proficiency in the language. I’m also open to learning other languages though! And as I'm a language teacher in training, I'm always willing to teach.

Je suis un scout, donc j'ai de l'expérience en organisant des camps et des activités pour les jeunes. De plus, je travaille bien en équipe, étant membre de mon club de foot gaélique et de camogie locale. Cela dit, je travaille bien individuellement aussi. Prmi mes intérêts sont le soin de l'environnement et des animaux (j'ai deux chiens). En outre, j'aime travailler avec les enfants et les jeunes, étant prof en formation de gaélique et de français (je viens de terminer un stage dans une école secondaire).

(Summary of skills below) Being a scout, I have experience getting my hands dirty and being resourceful. I’ve worked at a scout camp before where I ran activities for youths and I’ve also planned camps for my local group. I work well in a team as I play various team sports (which I’d be happy to teach!) but I can also work independently as I have a good work ethic and drive. I'm environmentally conscious as well and have given presentations on the environment. I've won the Young Environmentalist Award as well as the Climate Ambassador Award for my environmental work. I work well with small animals, having two dogs myself, and have a little experience with horses. I’m also good around children having taught French & the Irish language this year (2023) in a secondary school (13-18yr olds). I’m a native English speaker and I’m currently studying French, Irish and Education at university. I’m always happy to learn new skills too!

I’m always happy to learn new things! I’ve even tried pottery before! I also have a keen interest in art history and can share my knowledge of Irish art with anyone who wishes to know a bit more about Irish culture!
