Heyy, we are two free-spirited individuals passionate about learning all things new and helping others : )


We are super excited to meet and connect with new people, share our energy with them, and always do our best to leave a good impression. Currently, we are studying and living in England. Both of us grew up in mixed-race families, and living away from our home kept us open-minded with admiration for all cultures and different people's mindsets. We know that this world can be fascinating and so diverse with a lot of wonderful experiences shared with awesome people and delicious food waiting for us to be explored that's why we chose WORKAWAY to be another step in expanding our comfort zones. We are always down for new adventures where we can learn new skills and new ways of living as well as helping others and the earth along the way.

we are both creative people, Khadi is studying arts and Ali is training in metalsmithing as well as other DIY things. In our creative endeavours and projects, we enjoy experimenting with recycled items that we find as we don't like wasting anything and believe that everything can be useful or transformed into something beautiful. Being mindful of ourselves and our surroundings is important to us that's why we d love to gain more insights into sustainable living not just for our creative works but also for our life. we are in love with outdoor activities, and cooking nutritious (mostly vegetarian) food is part of our healthful lifestyle. we also enjoy spending time in nature with animals and giving our plants time/love/water.

we both have a bit over 4 years of customer service experience which includes working in restaurants and bars, kitchens, theatres, football stadiums, hotels and bowling centres. where we learned important skills that have formed us into the hard-working individuals we are with the ability to problem solve and be able to adapt to new things quickly with a can-do attitude.


Alos, we took part in a reforestation project where we learned how to take care of land, like garden work land maintenance, pruning planting weeding garden equipment etc.🧑🏻‍🌾👩‍🌾🪴🌲🪓
