Hello everyone!
My name is Alexandre, and I work as a medico-social supervisor for the elderly and disabled.
I'd like to go on adventures and discover different cultures, improve my language skills... For me, travel is a way of meeting inspiring people and learning about life, but also about myselves! I love contact with people, nature and animals. It was while touring Portugal and Spain, then the UK, and part of Italy in my converted car, that I realized just how much joy we derive from traveling, filled with discovery, sharing and adventure.
With app workaway, I visited Canada (Québec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI). I did some woofing at a local's house.
My last trip was in Guadeloupe with friends.
Now in 2025, I want to travel to Portugal because I have origins through my father and I wish to learn the language, culture and travel better. I travel solo.
After Portugal, maybe a trip in Asia with friends.

I have a Master's degree in social sciences and currently work as a medico-social manager with elderly and disabled people. I've already worked as a service and hotel agent. I've also done dog-sitting and I've been a children's entertainer for several years (3 to 14 years old) but also with other specific publics). I love computers, botany, running and sharing. I also know how to ride horses and take care of them because I did 5 years of horse riding.
I'd like to go on a workaway to live a new experience, put my skills to good use and perfect my knowledge of the local language. Serious and rigorous, I'd be delighted to take part in a project abroad.
