My name is Agostina and I am 28 years old. Feel free to call me "Ago" :) I come from the Tango and football players' land: Argentina. After graduating from High School I was a little lost as most of the teenagers, although the only thing it was clear for me was how much I love traveling, getting to know other countries, new people, making friends, and learning from different cultures. That is the reason why I decided to be educated as a Chef, a profession that fits in a nomad lifestyle.
I have had the opportunity to work in many different places such as a Pasta Factory, a Pastry Shop, a Catering Service, a Hotel, and even in a Sandwich Factory (!). I have not only worked in Argentina but also in Andorra, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus outbreak came at the same time my Danish working permit was expiring so I came up with the idea to start volunteering in inner Denmark. I was very lucky to find an organic agriculture project that was such a life-changing experience and made me realize how connected I feel to nature and earth when I am farming. Currently, I am working as a Ched during seasons in northern Sweden. This means that when I am not working for the season I spend time volunteering in inspiring projects.
I like to define myself as an explorer who enjoys outdoor activities, being in contact with nature, and doing yoga. Always curious and very motivated when it comes to developing new skills! Besides that, I have always had a great enthusiasm to play with children and assist them. I already have a bit of experience taking care of my 4 nephews and my niece at home. People who know me also point that I can quickly adapt to every work and task :)
I speak Spanish (native), English fluently und ein bisschen Deutsch.
