  Description

  We are Julien (FR/42) & Brigi (HU/37), and we have just moved to a beautiful house with a 1 hectar garden in the French region, called Ardéche (wild & beautifull surrounding nature) !
  This house has a true story, it was an old French "magnanerie" (place where the ancient raised silkworms) in Ardéche in an amazing natural park of one hectare. All the garden is bordered with "faysse" (rock terrace where the ancient grew vegetables) and we have also a little stream in the bottom of our land!
  The place is magical surrounded by nature while being close to amenities.
  We have many of nice little villages nearby with some activities all year, like flea markets, antique markets and artisan product market to provide healthy choices for a nice quality life.
  We have travelled everywhere in the world before we landed here and this area is a real jewellery box with all the beauties of the nature and with nice people who are always happy to share.
  As the land is enormous, we are looking for nature lovers, who can help us to maintain the land and carry out some improvements, building stone walls, adjusting some wooden pergolas, and also we would like to plant vegetables to have our own garden, and making some land artin our hidden paradise!
  THIS IS OUR PRIVATE HOME, AND YOUR HELP WILL ONLY BE USED ONLY FOR OUR PRIVATE NEEDS!
  You will have your own apartment with bathroom and enjoy the area during your free time.

  We can give courses in French & Hungarian languages, and cook together the daily meals (which we offer to our workawayers) to get to know the culinary habits of France and Hungary. We can do some sport together, as Brigi is a personal trainer you will finish your trip with a better shape for sure, and Julien can teach you some basic carpenter skills and with recycled woodwork.

  We speak 4 languages: French, Hungarian, English and Spanish, so we are sure that we can find one common to communicate and if you like to learn some of them, we are always open for nice conversations:)

  Accommodation

  In a private apartment. We offer 3 meals / day in exchange for your help. We cook meals together usually, we provide all the ingredients, we eat local, well and healthy!

  What else ...

  You can visit many historic, cultural and natural places like the Grotte de Chauvet, the Gorges de l´Ardéche, you can finf some hiking activities everywhere near around the house, you can ride the bicycle (VTT), there is a cinema, we have a couple hundred of books in English, French and Hungarian, a musique room with cds, and bakelits, we can do some yoga & méditation together, or train together outside or inside in our gym.
  We like to show around our village and discover new areas here, so we can visit together the tipical villages of the region and have a nice bath in one of the rivers in the neighbourhood!
