    We are a family-run lodge in Myoko Kogen. We run a small guesthouse close to the Akakura Kanko ski resort, as well as a couple of self-contained properties.
    We are seeking two couples to assist us with snow clearing, breakfast service, cleaning, and bed making for guests during the 2026 winter season.

    Staying with us will give you a taste of what life is like in winter here in Myoko Kogen. Skiing and Snowboarding are the main winter activities.
    Additionally, you will have the opportunity to experience a mixed culture of Japanese and Latin influences, as well as practice the Japanese and Spanish languages.

    We are looking for two couples who can help during the winter season with cleaning, making beds, serving breakfast, and snow clearing.
    We are looking for respectful, enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible, communicative, tidy, and honest individuals to assist with the chores above explained.
    An international driver's license is a plus.
    The duration is from late December 2025 to early/mid-March 2026
    The work will be paid hourly and we try to arrange the shifts so everyone can have the most chance to enjoy the snow and the mountains.
    For your work, you will receive free accommodation and an hourly rate of JPY 1,200
