    I’m Riaz H. Manglo a development professional, founding director at the schools Khairpur Sindh-Pakistan, I work as a change agent in areas include Training and Organizational development, Youth development, career counseling, Leadership for gender equality, I’m a young educationist with concept of education beyond boundaries, education should be 24/7, education must be offline, free and compulsory for all, I have experienced in youth development, Volunteer management gender equity and working with special people adds a broader dimension to my work with people in organizations.

    I have obtained my Masters in Sociology and bachelors degree in Business Administration from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, I have attended number of courses internationally such as “International Facilitator Development Workshop UK” with British Council and Global Exchange Programme with VSO at Manchester and Kenya.

    I’m certified Facilitator of British Council’s International Facilitator Development Workshop London UK and successfully achieved title of certified Trainer from School of Leadership (SoL) Karachi,


    I served as a young volunteer involved in a group of young people from the Pakistan and UK undertaking four months’ voluntary work in deprived inner-city communities in Manchester, UK, followed by two months’ voluntary work in and around Mombasa, Kenya.


    Currently I’m leading the school to enroll out of school children into schools, retained them into schools and provide them quality education, it is a long term program supported by Sindh Education Foundation, Government of Sindh Pakistan, Our school is a government registered English medium Secondary level school located nearby Khairpur town, Our place is thirty minutes’ drive from Sukkur city, We currently have 1000 students that range from nursery to class 10 (age 4-18).

    We want to develop our community by educating young people through active involvement in education, women's issues, waste management, health, agriculture, languages, cultures, lifestyles, music, games and sports, the environment and its sustainability

    we are team of 30 staff members male and female, all are university graduates and teach in our school

    Volunteers are invited to engage students in activity based learning, speak to our students about their countries, their culture and their life experience. This interaction with our students usually takes place at our classes to give the chance to our students to use the target language, teach in class rooms, interact with girl students and mobilize parents to send their children to school
