We’re building an off grid eco house with wood from our own forest with a team of specialists, for example a specialist in wood construction and a specialist in clay and straw. The purpose is to learn from each other. It would be great to have talented carpenters. The forest is about 100 acres and is part of a national park from 6000 acres. We do everything will a lot of love and respect for nature like working with horses for the logs and using electric equipment. We’re also working together with neighbours and farmers to create an ecological corridor between two big National parks in Holland.
At this moment we're looking for two different profiles:
1) a carpenter or someone who has affinity with wooden structures. Someone who loves to learn new techniques (among other things ancient wood construction with logs and beams)
2) someone who has green fingers for the food garden (permaculture) and afterwards loves to cook a great organic vegetarian dinner for us. Cooking experience would be great. If you have an Indian background or Thai, or Asian, or Persian: we love the food from these countries :)

Since we have a team of specialists in eco building you’ll learn different (ancient) techniques of how to build an eco house. Also you will learn a lot about nature, because we are working intensely on the improvement and recovery of the soil and bio diversity. We are doing this with different ecological experts and energetic balancers. You will be living in the middle of nature, with deers in the garden.
We’re looking for people with affinity with organic gardening, wood and a love for nature.
We are vegetarians and offer you great organic foods.
The house where you will stay is a farm house with big ancient trees around it. It is comfortable and has everything you need: there are three private bed rooms (one of them could be for a couple), a nice hot shower, a kitchen, a living room and a garden.
Organic vegetarian food will be provided: the fridge will be filled with ecological food. You may cook yourself :)
Since there will be other Workaways in the same house too, you will probably have a great time :)
The area is part of the biggest National park and is full of beautiful natural places. The best way is to explore by bike. Bikes are available. The village is 3 km away and the bus 1 km. The train station is about 20 minutes by bike. It's a beautiful area.
