  Description

  Hello! My name is Jorge, I’m 37 years old, an Environmental Engineer, and the founder and director of Fluye por Chile, a tourism project with purpose located in San Fabián de Alico, a small and beautiful mountain town in central-southern Chile.
  
  San Fabián is located in the Ñuble Region, within the Nevados de Chillán – Laguna del Laja Biosphere Reserve, recognized by UNESCO. Living and volunteering here means being surrounded by mountains, rivers, native forest, and a peaceful community deeply connected to nature.
  
  Our project is located at the entrance of San Fabián town, in a large natural area where we have:
  
  🌿 5 tourist cabins
  
  🏕️ Camping area
  
  🏊 Swimming pool
  
  🚣‍♂️ Adventure tourism agency
  
  From here we organize activities such as rafting, kayaking, hiking, trekking, and horseback riding, all in the same place. We truly love the river, outdoor life, mountain adventures, and sharing this experience with people from all over the world.
  
  🌍 What kind of volunteers are we looking for?
  
  We are looking for motivated, open-minded people with a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Tasks are varied and flexible, depending on each volunteer’s skills:
  
  General maintenance of the camping area and green spaces (sweeping leaves, cleaning, organization)
  
  Cleaning and upkeep of common areas
  
  Helping with swimming pool maintenance
  
  Basic support with guests and visitors
  
  Language support (especially English or other languages)
  
  Sharing ideas for sustainability and improvement of the project
  
  Any extra skills or ideas are always welcome 🙌

  Hola, mi nombre es Jorge, tengo 37 años, soy ingeniero en medio ambiente y fundador de Fluye por Chile, un proyecto de turismo con propósito ubicado en San Fabián de Alico, un pequeño y encantador pueblo cordillerano del centro-sur de Chile.
  
  San Fabián se encuentra en la Región de Ñuble, dentro de la Reserva de la Biosfera Nevados de Chillán – Laguna del Laja, reconocida por la UNESCO. Vivir y trabajar aquí significa estar rodeado de montañas, ríos, bosque nativo y una comunidad tranquila, conectada con la naturaleza.
  
  Nuestro proyecto está ubicado en la entrada del pueblo, en un amplio recinto donde contamos con:

  🚣‍♂️ Agencia de turismo aventura
  
  Desde aquí realizamos actividades como rafting, kayak, senderismo, cabalgatas y trekking de montaña, todo en un mismo lugar. Amamos el río, la vida al aire libre y compartir esta experiencia con personas de distintas partes del mundo.
  
  🌍 ¿Qué buscamos en nuestros voluntarios?
  
  Personas con buena energía, disposición a ayudar y ganas de aprender. Las tareas son variadas y se adaptan a las habilidades de cada voluntario:
  
  Mantención general del camping y áreas verdes (barrer hojas, orden, limpieza)
  
  Apoyo en aseo de espacios comunes y manejo de residuos
  
  Ayuda en el cuidado y mantención de la piscina
  
  Atención básica a huéspedes y visitantes
  
  Apoyo con idiomas (especialmente inglés u otros)
  
  Propuestas e ideas de sustentabilidad y mejora del proyecto
  
  Cualquier talento o aporte extra siempre será bienvenido 🙌
