This is a fun, cozy hostel located in the beautiful city of Bethlehem, Palestine. The hostel hosts up to 33 guests, has a kitchen, three bathrooms and three balconies. The hostel is not far from the city center and is a great launchpad for adventures around the West Bank. We love fostering a social, relaxed atmosphere where the guests can feel at home in Palestine.
We currently need just one or two volunteers to help with cleaning, hosting guests, and assisting with communication and website management.

This is a great opportunity to experience Palestinian culture and explore the West Bank. Teeming with history, politics, and culture, Bethlehem is a perfect place to get a taste of the local culture. From the old city markets to the Church of Nativity to the bars and restaurants covering the city, volunteering in Bethlehem can't get boring. Volunteers are also welcome to join the tours offered by the hostel that take guests all over the West Bank including Hebron, Ramallah, Nablus, and the Dead Sea. We also love to take guests to different bars and restaurants and would love for the volunteers to join us on these excursions.
I love to cook traditional Palestinian dishes at the hostel and would be happy to share my skills with volunteers. I am also always thrilled to teach more about Palestinian history, culture, and Arabic for the volunteers who are up for the task.
Also, Jesus lived here.
We need volunteers who can help with the daily maintenance of the hostel such as laundering bedding, sweeping, watering plants, and making sure guests are comfortable and happy. We also need assistance with emails and managing the websites our hostel is listed on (keeping track of reservations and blocking availability). Lastly, we are looking for volunteers that can be social and not afraid to befriend guests and make them feel welcome.
Volunteers will get a bed in one of the dorm rooms. We will try to keep this dorm room just for the volunteers unless we are fully booked. Volunteers have access to two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and dining room and balcony. The hostel is beautiful and homey with great wifi.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in history, politics, religion, or just really loves great food and people.
