    Description

We are a small sustainable farm with Heritage grass fed cattle, sheep, chickens & big dogs!. We are located in the Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire near the Vermont border. This is on 100 acres of pasture and woodland.

Over the past years we have hosted many International students and have been very active with Volunteers. We seasonally rent cottages on the farm to agri-tourists.

Workawayers would contribute time and labor to a variety of projects on the farm, 5 hours per day 4 days a week, or any combination thereof. In return you would be provided with a lovely 3 room private suite in our 226 year old farm house. Meals & laundry would be provided. We are conveniently located 2hrs. from Boston, 3hrs. from Montreal & 4hrs. from NYC. Time off & public transportation make visits possible!

They would learn the lifestyle of a typical American family and life in a small American town. We are very involved in our community and would happily include a workawayer in our social life.
