    Welcome to a unique guesthouse and community hub just a 3-minute walk from the beach in Ichinomiya, Chiba--one of Japan's most well-known surf towns.

    Our space combines a guesthouse, a skateboard park, an English conversation cafe, and a cozy restaurant. Locals, travelers, surfers, and skaters naturally gather here, creating a lively and friendly atmosphere.

    We value a slow coastal living, good food, and genuine cultural exchange.If you enjoy a relaxed lifestyle and being close to the ocean, you'll fit right in.

    Volunteers can meet local surfers, families, and travelers and enjoy daily opportunities to practice Japanese, English, or even other languages in our cafe.

    You can learn about Japanese coastal culture, local food, and the relaxed surf-town lifestyle.
    We also welcome you to share your own culture--your language, cooking, art, or creative skills.
    Natural cultural exchange happens every day here.

    We're looking for friendly workawayers who can help with light daily tasks such as:


    Simple guesthouse cleaning and preparing rooms

    Helping in the restaurant (basic prep, serving, dishwashing)

    Chatting with guests in the English cafe

    Light organizing or tidying around the skatepark

    Occasional support during events or community gatherings


    Tasks vary by season, and we try to match each volunteer with roles suited to their skills.

    The salary is based on the minimum hourly wage in Chiba Prefecture (currently ¥1,140).

    The beach is only a short walk away. Perfect for surfing, relaxing, or enjoying sunrise and sunset.
    You are also welcome to use our cafe and community spaces.
