It was lovely to have both Jasmine's company as well as her help about the garden, and in our home. Jasmine is both honest and open in her dealings, and always willing to 'pitch in' as one of the team. We can only wish that all her dreams come true, and the world is kind to her on her travels. No garden task was refused, and the fact she has a

I spent the whole month of July in Ireland, and I'm very grateful for the time I got to stay and work with Niall and Sandra. They are both wonderful people and I can guarantee that you will learn a lot during the time you spend here - about nature and gardening, how to work efficiently and be creative.

Lough Boora and the Slieve Bloom mountains are beautiful for hiking, and both Galway and Dublin can be easily reached by train for a day trip. Someone will drive you to the train station in Tullamore, or wherever you need to go, as long as it's not too far away. I'm really thankful for Niall, who always encouraged me to bring my notebook and be creative. If you're looking for a place to walk to by yourself after work on a week-day, I highly recommend the Pallas Lake. It's a twenty minute walk and then another twenty minutes to the very back. It was my favorite place close by :)
Both Sandra and Niall are great cooks! We usually had a warm and delicious breakfast and dinner, and something light during the lunch break. Since I was only working four hours per day, I never felt overwhelmed by the work and had enough time for exploring.
I also had no problem whatsoever communicating with either of them. I found their Irish accent quite easy to understand.
If you bring a warm coat, sturdy boots and a good sense of humor you will enjoy your time here! In only a few weeks I learned and developed so much. Thank you, for this experience! I always tried my best to make myself useful and hope you profited as much from my stay as I did.Feedback
