Each school sends between 40 and 50 students each week, who participate in a 5-day stay at the hostel. In a month where all weeks are worked, the net salary is €1,350, but this salary is prorated during months where not all weeks are worked.

The hostel is a former Cistercian monastery restored as a youth hostel with a maximum capacity of 200 beds. Workawayers will have their own shared room for teachers of the same gender, and will sleep in bunk beds, separate of students.
What else ...
If the hostel is open during the weekends, workawayers can stay in the hostel discovering the area plenty of incredible forest, or travelling around. Bilbao, Vitoria and San Sebastian are the main cities near the hostel, but there are many incredible towns not far, and Spain is very well connected by public transportation, like buses and trains.
