  We, are Kornelia, in her former life self-employed (28 years) master bookbinder and semi-professional flamenco dancer, since 10 years on the Satyananda Sadhana. Andreas, master carpenter, self-employed (35 years) in the renovation of old buildings and also a house builder, passionate (Demeter) beekeeper with colonies in Bavaria and Tuscany and one with the flamenco guitar all his life. Raphael (21 years old) our son together. On his way to enter the Studies of photography.
  After a long association with Podere Tramonto, we had the opportunity to purchase it and its 180 olive trees.
  It is a place of power and beauty of the highest order.
  During the pandemic, we built the house with an adjoining vacation apartment and a seminar room.
  Now we are looking forward to helping hands for the olive harvest.
  
  Mindful interaction and respect with and for each other are a matter of course for us.
  We are neither strictly vegan nor strictly vegetarian. But we do pay attention to what we eat and preferably organically dynamic. But that's not always possible.
  We are a private "podere" and produce olive oil for our own consumption. What we harvest in addition, we sell privately, with friends or at a market in a school. Part of this income goes towards supporting the school. We pay the helpers in kind. Depending on the time spent, they receive 1-2 bottles of olive oil, as well as board and lodging.

  Wir, sind Kornelia, in ihrem früheren Leben selbständige ( 28 Jahre) Buchbindermeisterin und semiprofessionelle Flamencotänzerin, seit 10 Jahren auf dem Satyananda Sadhana. Andreas, Schreinermeister, selbständig ( 35 Jahre) in der Altbaurenovierung- Pflege und darüber hinaus Hausbauvesteher, passionierter (Demeter) Imker mit Völkern in Bayern und der Toskana und sein Leben lang eins mit der Flamencogitarre. Raphael (19 J.) unser gemeinsamer Sohn. Auf dem Weg zum Schulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Kunst. . Dann gibt es noch den 6-jährigen Giann, unser Windhund.
  Wir haben nach langjähriger Verbundenheit mit Podere Tramonto die Möglichkeit gehabt es mitsamt seinen 160 Olivenbäumen zu erwerben. Es ist ein Kraftort erster Güte und Schönheit.
  Während der Pandemie haben wir das Haus mit angeschlossener Ferienwohnung und einem Seminarraum gebaut.
  Nun freuen wir uns auf helfende Hände für die Olivenernte.
  
  Achtsamer Umgang und Respekt mit-und Untereinander einander sind für uns selbstverständlich.
  Wir leben weder streng vegan noch streng vegetarisch. Wir achten aber darauf was wir essen und am liebsten biologisch dynamisch. Geht aber nicht immer.
  Wir sind ein privater "podere"und produzieren Olivenöl für den Eigenverbrauch. Was wir darüberhinaus ernten, verkaufen wir im privaten, mit Freunden oder auf einem Markt in einer Schule. Ein Teil dieses Einkommens fließt in die Unterstützung der Schule. Die Helfer bezahlen wir in Form von Sachleistungen. Je nach Zeitaufwand erhalten sie 1-2 Flaschen Olivenöl, darüber hinaus Kost und Logie.
  Gerne holen wir Dich/Euch an der nahegelegensten Zugstation Grosseto oder Chiusi-Chianciano Therme ab.

  Wer noch keine Oliven geerntet hat, wird bei diese Arbeit sehr viel über einer Superprodukt erfahren. Es werden die verschiedenen Arbeiten am Olivenbaum die zur Ernte notwendig sind erklärt. Wir gehen in eine kleine Ölmühle zum Pressen. Da wird die Kaltextraktion durchgeführt.
  Wenn längere Arbeitspausen sein sollten besuchen wir die wilden heißen Quellen am Monte Amiata zur Erholung. Das Tal und seine Menschen sind international . Von Mexico bis Tasmanien. Ebenso kann man vom Host lernen wie man eine Existenz im Ausland aufbaut. Wer fragt lernt.
  Die Kastanienwälder der wilden Toskana am Monta Amiata zu durchwandern ist ein besonderes Naturerlebnis.
  Es gibt viele Kastanien-und Wein-Feste in der Umgebung.
  Kulturell interessierte finden unendlich viele Schätze zu entdecken.

  The olive harvest is organised so that we work for about 5 hours a day, not including breaks.
  As we strive to bring the harvested olives to the mill as quickly as possible,
  but at the same time have to deliver a minimum quantity of approx. 400 kg, this means a concentrated and intensive period of work.

  Die Olivenernte ist so gestaltet, dass etwa 5 Std. am Tag gearbeitet wird, die Pausen nicht eingerechnet.
  Da wir bemüht sind, die geernteten Oliven so schnell wie möglich zur Mühle zu bringen,
  gleichzeitig aber eine Mindestmenge von ca. 400 kg abliefern müssen, bedeutet das eine konzentrierte und intensive Zeit.
  
  - Die Arbeitszeit am Tag kann 5 Std. überschreiten.
  In der Jahreszeit geht die Sonne früh unter und die Arbeitsgeräte, Netze und Werkzeuge müssen am Abend noch aufgeräumt werden.
  
  - Aber: Es hat sich bewährt, dass durch diesen Rhythmus, das Wochenende für eigene Aktivitäten frei ist,
  oder "Überstunden" in Form eines freien Zusatztages gegeben wird.
  Wenn es an einem Tag regnet wird auch pausiert.
  Es ist ein Geben und Nehmen und wir haben ein sicheres Auge, dass deine Arbeit und Freizeit in Balance ist.
  Wir brauchen ebenso eine Person zusätzlich die dafür zuständig ist, die Energie und Fähigkeiten hat, alle Mahlzeiten des Tages zu bereiten.

  Einen guter Gleichgewichtssinn ist Voraussetzung, da bei der Olivenernte auch auf einer Leiter und teilweise auf dem Baum gearbeitet wird.
  Die Oliven werden bei uns mit der Hand / mit einem Ernte-Kamm gepflückt, also ist eine gewisse körperliche Belastbarkeit und notwendig.
  
  Es ist nicht möglich sich nur für einen halben Tag anzumelden.
  
  Du bringst Interesse für die Arbeit die du machst und bist nicht antriebsschwach.

  Kost und Logis ist frei . Wir essen soweit es gewollt ist gemeinsam. Wenn sie nicht vermietet ist, steht eine perfekte und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung. Wer aus Süddeutschland mitfährt kann im Auto mitreisen. ( Region München)
  Ebenso steht ein eingerichteter Wohnwagen für 1-2 Personen zur Verfügung.
  Zum Zelten ist ein sehr schöner Platz vorhanden, schattig mit Wasser und Stromanschluss.
