Description
We are a friendly family of four recently relocated to the beautiful French countryside from London.
Our family includes two young children, aged 1 and 4, and our loving dog. We're excited to be part of the local community, although we're still learning French—so English will be the main language spoken at home.
We live in a small, beautiful village right on the riverside in Bize Minervois. The village is known for its picturesque surroundings, friendly community, and easy access to nature. Within just a few minutes' walking distance from our home, you’ll find a lovely café, a restaurant, a small shop, and a bar.
If you enjoy the outdoors, there are lovely walks around the village, offering scenic views of the surrounding countryside. Plus, we are under an hour away (by car) from the Mediterranean coast.
Alongside the chance to explore the local area, immerse yourself in the French culture, and join us on our journey of learning the language, we will make sure that you feel like part of the family. You’ll have a comfortable and cozy space to relax, and we’re eager to share our experiences and make this a positive and enriching exchange for both of us.

4 hours a day, 5 days a week – no set days/hours - we are flexible
As we settle into our new life in France, we are looking for a friendly, kind, and trustworthy person to join us and help with a variety of tasks, including:
• General household duties such as cooking and cleaning
• Walking our dog and spending time with her
• Helping us maintain a happy, organized home
• Playing / entertaining our two children
Since our children are still very young, we’re seeking someone who is comfortable and happy around kids. In return, we offer you a warm and welcoming environment, where you’ll be treated as part of the family.
