Description
I am looking for someone for 3 hours a day ,5 days cleaning, painting ( Iwill show you how ) and light jobs and you can stay for FREE, bed and breakfast and an allowance for the rest of your food etc. I am really looking for someone over 25 years old, I'm sorry, its just in case there is driving to be done. I cannot reply to all emails, please understand I'm a one man band, I really appreciate your interest and maybe you will say hello when you are in Dublin. The house is very international and good fun. The hours work are flexible so you can go to your language school or other project, 10am to 1pm is very important to me. This is how I advertise my house
Student, erasmus, language etc 18 to 35 years hostel style accommodation. Up to 20 people. Portobello, Dublin, Dublin City Centre - Short Term House , My house is all about trying to make something beautiful out of very little and make great friendships. Don't forget to leave your phone number. May .... 0 place's for boys and 0 place's for girls available at this time but in June, there will be availability in a big house to Share, short or long term. NO BILL'S., First come first served. You should sms/ text me if you are interested. It's a really fun house and has a good reputation . 7 bedroom house. People stay for a month or longer, people have stayed for up to 3 years doing their whole degree. Girls are upstairs and boys are downstairs.

Lots of extras and all bills are included in the rent and to make the house run smooth, the house is cleaned 5 times a week. Fast internet (100 mgbt) and laundry etc.There is Tea Coffee Toast Jam Chocolate Eggs Milk Butter and Juice in the kitchen for you , self service, all included in the rent. Everyone pays euro per week for shared bedrooms. The house would suit working tourists, Language or Erasmus students etc There are a few residents in the house from France, Canada , Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Hong Kong , Korea and Ireland so it is international and friendly. It is a victorian building over 3 floors with 7 bedrooms in total, it is not a hostel, I do NOT rent over night or for a week, It is for a MONTH or LONGER. 18 to 35 years is the general age group. International atmosphere. These places are available now.
