  • Description

    Description

This is the 37th winery in New Zealand and a family operated by Danny, Claudia, Anneke, Bob and Rohan.

We are wine makers, liqueur makers, distillers, orchardists, gardeners and herb and tea growers.

We are located on the beautiful east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula, right between Hahei and Cooks Beach, near Whitianga in Mercury Bay.

While we are in the progress of relocating the Winery Business to our farm we are operating out of the Hot Water Brewery in Whenuakite (10min from our farm) where we do the whole Hospitality side of things. We run the kitchen making wood fired pizzas and bar snacks and the bar selling all the Brewery's beers as well as our own products and tastings.

In general we are looking for self motivated people who like working in a team as well as independent and want to experience the Coromandel lifestyle with us.

At the moment we can only host people who are in their own camper van or tent, which they can park/pitch up on our farm. Another option could be to stay at the holiday park which is right next to the Brewery where we spend 90% of our days. Own transport will also be beneficial for your independence, so you can explore the area in your own pace.

The minimum stay is 3 weeks. But we will consider shorter stays at the moment as we have a few little gardening jobs needing to be done.

We might consider employing suitable Helpers for our upcoming busy summer season in the restaurant and bar.

    Cheers,
    Evans Family
