    Description

Beautiful mountain setting just outside the picturesque town of Spoleto. Stunning sunsets, birds singing, and a summer breeze. Religious sites of Assisi are nearby, as are the picturesque towns of Spello and Trevi, the university town of Perugia, the wine of Montefalco. And our personal favorite, the Valnerina Valley with all its rivers and outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking.

Supergirl is a very friendly seven-year-old medium-large mix. She loves to play in our large yard in between her naps and is very easy to take care of—except she is epileptic, which requires pill medication with breakfast, dinner, and in the middle of the afternoon.

The house is only a few miles outside Spoleto but up a pretty steep, winding road and so it is car dependent. The second floor is currently under renovation, but almost everything you need (bed, couch, kitchen, bathroom) is on first floor. No laundry yet.

The Spoleto Festival dei Due Mondi takes place June 26-July 12, and brings a lot of visitors to the area for arts and entertainment.

There are loads of towns to visit, truffle to try, wine to enjoy, hiking and more. Our house is car dependent, however, as it is about a ten-minute drive to grocery, dining, and entertainment in Spoleto.

Watch our beloved Supergirl and make sure she gets her medication. We try not to leave her alone for more than five hours, which can be stressful for her and lead to an increased chance of a seizure.

Aside from that, enjoy the surroundings. You can hike from the front door, watch beautiful sunsets from the yard, and attend the Spoleto Festival dei Due Mondi (June 26-July 12)

Friendly dogs are okay. Supergirl would enjoy the company. She's not a big fan of cats—at first, although she does get used to them.

Supergirl is a very friendly seven-year-old medium-large mix. She loves to play in our large yard in between her naps. She's an easy dog to take care of except she requires medication three times a day due to the fact she is epileptic. She takes two pills with breakfast and dinner and one in the afternoon to manage her seizures (and thankfully rarely has any).
