  Description

  My name is Elina and I have a four year old son named Kai. We live close to Athens, in a beautiful quiet area next to the beach and we are part of Mikro Vouno at Calme Garden, an educational project based on ecological and cultural values.
  
  I am looking for a sweet and responsible person who enjoys spending time with kids and has some experience with that, in order to take care of Kai and help me out around the house. Also there is a lot of help needed in gardening and maintenance at the communal gardens of Calme.
  
  Mikro Vouno is a nature-based pedagogy project for preschool children. This is a unique school project in Greece, which was created and is operated by a group of parents. After the destructive fires of 2023, Mikro Vouno has managed to regenerate the garden and replace the building that was burned, with a straw bale structure made with the help of many hands.
  
  Calme Garden is an eco-cultural and educational center, based on regenerative practices, which operates within an economy of sharing valuable goods and experiences between people of all ages. It works mainly with volunteers. The space includes three hubs in which cultural and educational activities along with food cultivation take place.
  
  By participating one can experience and contribute in areas such as:
  
  -Forest Schooling
  -Event Organization
  -Permaculture Gardening
  -Food production and Cooking (Plant based diet)
  -Skyrian Horses Care
  -Constructions, repairs and DIY
  -Handicrafts of all kind
  -Art, music, yoga, healing sessions etc.
  
  Additionally important to mention, Mikro Vouno at Calme Garden is a community based collective and not a business directed project.

  You can also be part of Calme Garden and learn more about permaculture, taking care of horses and various homesteading skills!
  We are hoping to host a native or excellent English speaker so the children can learn and practice the language!

  Space for camping is provided as long as you contribute with two hours a day of work at the house with Kai. Food is provided as long as you contribute with another three (total five) hours of work at Calme Garden. These don't have to be consecutive. :)
