My name is Mr. Tony and I'm the founder of Foundation. It mainly focuses on teaching English to local children, youths, and adults alike to make them able to work in many different industries. We try to create a bright future for impoverished Indonesian students and jobless youths.
Our goal is to help jobless locals, mainly recent high school graduates who cannot afford university. I, myself, despite good grades and an unstoppable will to learn, could not afford to go to university. This is what motivated me to create BC.
Hundreds of our alumni now have well paid jobs in the tourism industry; thanks to volunteers continued support :)
We started by teaching children outdoors in 2007 but have grown quite a bit since then. Today BC offers 3 different courses, one of which is the Private Boarding class where the students stay with us throughout their education. We have a small building with one classroom, a kitchen and sleeping area for the students in the Private Boarding class. Due to unfortunate circumstances we need to relocate and we are currently in the process of building a new school close to our current location, we are aiming to finish the main part of the building by April 2019.
My dream is to have westerners teach English here so that the students can be exposed to different cultures, help us build, farm, and help babysitting and housekeeping. We are located in the beautiful mountains of central Lombok where many aren't exposed to the outside world. The most helpful volunteers we need are...
1 - Builders and Construction. People with building experience help a great deal as labourers cost a lot of money. Helping build our school is valuable both for the current students, and the future of our foundation.
2 - Teachers and Teaching Assistants. Speaking English with our students helps them develop at a much faster rate. By speaking and learning from you, they can move into better paying jobs as quickly as possible. Sometimes you will lead lessons and classes, but mostly you should support me.
3 - Babysitting and Help at Home. My wife and family have a lot of work to do because I am always teaching and working. By you helping with our children (2 babies, 2 kids) or cleaning or cooking, we can ensure our time is spent supporting students who need us most.
4 - Permaculture & sustainable farming. We have partnered with some volunteers to operate a permaculture farm to; generate money for our school, teach locals sustainable methods of farming and provide jobs to local people. Still in its early stages, we'd love some help looking after the farm; planting, digging, weeding, fertilising, harvesting and generally maintaining the farm.
You will live with us at the villagers' house and be provided with your own bed and room. The bathroom is squatter style. You will also eat with us. You will gain a truly Indonesian experience as you will more than likely be the only traveler in the region. We will welcome you and treat you like family.
We can ensure you enjoy your free time too - there is tonnes to do, some free, some at a cost - certainly worth it either way. This area is famous for outdoor beauty. We are close to the famous Mount Rinjani, its full of rice fields, mountains, waterfalls, fruit farms and local villages. You will be one of few travelers you will have experienced this. We can also take you to meet other local families as like students' houses to different villages. Here you will be part of the community.
We prefer at least a one week stay. In the past, we've had 100+ guests over time. One couple lived with us for 9 months, another volunteer stayed for 6 months; you are welcome to stay however long you like. We just created this account in hopes to bring in more volunteers.
Please feel free to contact us at any time. But please know that Internet connection is on/off so it may take a while to respond.
We hope to welcome you here!
Love, Mr Tony :)

We need English teachers.
You will teach three classes a day beginning at 08.00 am - 01.00 pm, next at 04.00 pm - 05.30 pm then break time, after that will continue at 08.00 pm - 10.00 pm . The total work hours will be about 4-5 hours.
So we would also need adventurers to help us find, develope, and to promote our untouched brand of eco tourism.

We would be very happy if the nomads come to approach our foundation , and have some coffee or tea, but we don't have wifi, because we are located at rural area, most time we use local/Infonesian SIM card (data package). And probably wish to stay at our foundation and help with English teaching to the students
We have this space and will be very happy to welcome
