  Description

  This is us: Juana, Dario, our son Damian—and, since mid-December, another little member of the family 💛

  We love designing our home piece by piece and put a lot of heart into our house and garden projects. We are always happy to welcome creative, open-minded people who would like to accompany and support us for a while.
  
  Your everyday life with us:
Your focus will be on helping us with our daily family life—especially during this intense phase as we settle into life as a family of four. It's less about perfection and more about thinking ahead, pitching in, and being there.
  Your main tasks will include:
  
  * Keeping the house tidy
  * Preparing breakfast
  * Cooking lunch
  * Keeping a watchful eye on Damian in everyday life
  * Taking on general everyday tasks so that Juana has free time for the baby and some relief in the mornings
  
  In addition, we would be delighted if you could also contribute your energy and ideas to our creative house and garden projects – depending on your interests and abilities.

Juana, Dario, unser Sohn Damian – und seit Mitte Dezember ein weiteres kleines Familienmitglied 💛

  Wir lieben es, unser Zuhause Stück für Stück zu gestalten und stecken viel Herz in unsere Haus- und Gartenprojekte. Dabei freuen wir uns immer über kreative, offene Menschen, die Lust haben, uns eine Zeit lang zu begleiten und zu unterstützen.
  
  Dein Alltag bei uns:
Dein Fokus liegt darauf, uns im täglichen Familienleben zu entlasten – besonders in dieser intensiven Phase, in der wir uns als vierköpfige Familie einfinden. Es geht weniger um Perfektion, sondern um Mitdenken, Anpacken und Präsenz.
  Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:
  
  * für Ordnung im Haus sorgen
  * Frühstück vorbereiten
  * Mittagessen kochen
  * ein achtsamer Blick auf Damian im Alltag
  * generell alltägliche Aufgaben übernehmen, damit Juana Vormittags Freiraum für das Baby und Entlastung hat
  
  Darüber hinaus freuen wir uns, wenn du deine Energie und Ideen auch in unsere kreativen Haus- und Gartenprojekte einbringst – je nach Interesse und Fähigkeit.

  Somos nosotros: Juana, Dario, nuestro hijo Damian y, desde mediados de diciembre, un nuevo miembro más en la familia 💛

  Nos encanta decorar nuestro hogar poco a poco y ponemos mucho corazón en nuestros proyectos para la casa y el jardín. Por eso, siempre nos alegramos de contar con personas creativas y abiertas que tengan ganas de acompañarnos y ayudarnos durante un tiempo.
  
  Tu día a día con nosotros:
Tu objetivo principal será ayudarnos en las tareas cotidianas de la vida familiar, especialmente en esta fase tan intensa en la que nos estamos adaptando a ser una familia de cuatro miembros. No se trata tanto de la perfección, sino de pensar con nosotros, echar una mano y estar presente.
  Entre tus tareas principales se incluyen:
  
  * Mantener el orden en la casa
  * Preparar el desayuno
  * Cocinar el almuerzo
  * Cuidar de Damian en el día a día
  * En general, encargarte de las tareas cotidianas para que Juana tenga tiempo libre por las mañanas para el bebé.
  
  Además, nos encantaría que aportaras tu energía e ideas a nuestros proyectos creativos para la casa y el jardín, según tus intereses y habilidades.

  Samaipata is a tourist magnet with breathtaking nature. But what you will find with us is not in any travel guide. You will live and learn with us and our children Damian and Zoe and get a real insight into how a young family is gradually building their nest here.
  
  You will become part of our everyday life, improve your Spanish in real-life situations, and maybe even learn a few words of Quechua from the locals at the market. We cook together, potter around in the garden, and exchange ideas about cultures, lifestyles, and dreams—that is exactly what this exchange is all about for us.
  
  A valuable bonus is the opportunity to really relax here. Perhaps as a conscious break from all the traveling, from constantly moving on. With us, you can arrive, take a deep breath, and put down roots for a while.

  Samaipata ist ein Touristenmagnet mit atemberaubender Natur. Doch das, was du bei uns findest, steht in keinem Reiseführer. Du lebst und lernst mit uns und unseren Kindern Damian und Zoe und bekommst einen echten Einblick darin, wie sich eine junge Familie hier Schritt für Schritt ihr Nest aufbaut.
  
  Du wirst Teil unseres Alltags, verbesserst dein Spanisch in realen Situationen und lernst vielleicht sogar ein paar Worte Quechua von den Locals auf dem Markt. Wir kochen zusammen, werkeln im Garten und tauschen uns über Kulturen, Lebensentwürfe und Träume aus – genau das ist für uns der Kern dieses Austauschs.
  
  Ein wertvolles Plus ist die Möglichkeit, hier wirklich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Vielleicht als bewusste Pause vom vielen Reisen, vom ständigen Weiterziehen. Bei uns darfst du ankommen, durchatmen und dich für eine Weile verwurzeln.
  
  An deinen freien Nachmittagen und Tagen bist du bestens gerüstet, um die unglaubliche Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit unseren Insidertipps entdeckst du Samaipata abseits der typischen Pfade und kannst die Natur in deinem eigenen Tempo genießen.

  Samaipata es un imán turístico con una naturaleza impresionante. Pero lo que encontrarás con nosotros no aparece en ninguna guía de viaje. Vivirás y aprenderás con nosotros y nuestros hijos Damian y Zoe, y obtendrás una visión real de cómo una joven familia construye poco a poco su nido aquí.
  
  Formarás parte de nuestra vida cotidiana, mejorarás tu español en situaciones reales y tal vez incluso aprendas algunas palabras de quechua de los lugareños en el mercado. Cocinaremos juntos, trabajaremos en el jardín e intercambiaremos ideas sobre culturas, proyectos de vida y sueños: eso es precisamente lo que para nosotros constituye la esencia de este intercambio.
  
  Una ventaja adicional muy valiosa es la posibilidad de encontrar aquí la paz y la tranquilidad. Quizás como un descanso consciente de tantos viajes, de estar siempre en movimiento. Con nosotros podrás llegar, respirar hondo y echar raíces por un tiempo.

  Daily Flow

  The basis is our daily teamwork. Together, we make sure that everyday life runs smoothly: cooking, tidying up, spending time with Damian, and tending to our garden (watering, sowing, tending to the beds) are all part of it.

  We need your support especially in the mornings until noon. After lunch together, you have the rest of the day free to do whatever you want.

  
  Creative projects

  In addition, there are always larger projects to be done: painting walls, giving the fence a new coat of paint, or helping to set up our small shop for ceramics and jewelry. You are welcome to lend a hand, contribute your ideas, and try new things.

  Daily Flow

  Die Basis ist unsere tägliche Teamarbeit. Gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass der Alltag rund läuft: Kochen, Aufräumen, Zeit mit Damian und die Pflege unseres Gartens gehören dazu (gießen, säen, Beete pflegen).

  Deine Unterstützung brauchen wir vor allem morgens bis mittags. Nach dem gemeinsamen Mittagessen hast du frei und kannst dir den restlichen Tag ganz nach deinen eigenen Bedürfnissen gestalten.

  
  Kreativ-Projekte

  Zusätzlich stehen immer wieder größere Projekte an: Wände streichen, dem Zaun einen neuen Anstrich geben oder beim Aufbau unseres kleinen Ladens für Keramikarbeiten und Schmuck mitwirken. Hier darfst du gerne mit anpacken, mitdenken und Neues ausprobieren.

  La base es nuestro trabajo diario en equipo. Juntos nos aseguramos de que el día a día funcione: cocinar, limpiar, pasar tiempo con Damian y cuidar nuestro jardín (regar, sembrar, cuidar los parterres).

  Necesitamos tu ayuda sobre todo por la mañana hasta el mediodía. Después de comer juntos, tendrás libre y podrás organizar el resto del día según tus propias necesidades.

  Además, siempre hay proyectos más grandes que hacer: pintar paredes, dar una nueva capa de pintura a la valla o ayudar a montar nuestra pequeña tienda de cerámica y joyería. Aquí puedes echar una mano, aportar ideas y probar cosas nuevas.
