  Description

  We are a young Argentine couple, Anto (33) and Gonza (32) with a 4-month-old baby (Tomas) living in a rural house in San Vicente del Raspeig. The farm is 3 hectares, with olive, almond and vegetable trees, bordered by the mountains in the area.
  We want to share the farm with a couple of volunteers who can help us with the housework, the farm and with the baby in some moments. We have some animals and pets: goats, ducks, pigs and two dogs; We also want to rebuild our organic garden to consume our own food. There is a lot of work going on throughout the year and we hope volunteers will adjust to our crazy and chaotic rhythms, taking responsibility for masonry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
  The place is very nice and quiet.
  The volunteers will stay in a house separate from ours, in a single room with a double bed, ideal for couples, with a private toilet. The room is fully equipped and ready to be used, but not the bathroom that has yet to finish the shower and the kitchen / living room which is half as well. It is part of the project to be able to finish the guest house. At the moment the shower is shared with the hosts and the kitchen area.
  
  The house is supplied with 100% solar energy, and has all the services to make your stay very comfortable, including Wi-Fi.
  
  
  Somos una pareja de jóvenes argentinos, Anto (33) y Gonza (32) con un bebé de 4 meses (Tomas) viviendo en una casa rural en San Vicente del Raspeig. La finca es de 3 hectáreas, con olivos, almendros y hortalizas, limitadas por las montañas de la zona.
  Queremos compartir la finca con una pareja de voluntarios que nos puedan ayudar con las tareas de la casa, de la granja y con el bebé en algunos momentos. Tenemos algunos animales y mascotas: cabras, patos, cerdos y dos perros; tambien queremos rehacer nuestra huerta orgánica para consumir nuestros propios alimentos. Hay mucho trabajo durante todo el año y esperamos que los voluntarios se adapten a nuestros ritmos locos y caóticos, asumiendo la responsabilidad de tareas de albañilería, pintura, y mantenimiento en general.
  El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo.
  Los voluntarios se alojarán en una casa separada de la nuestra, en una habitación individual con cama matrimonial ideal para parejas, con toilet privado. La habitación está totalmente equipada y lista para ser utilizada, no así el baño que aún tiene pendiente de terminarse la ducha y la cocina/salon la cual está a medias tambien. Es parte del proyecto poder finalizar la casa de huespedes. De momento se comparte la ducha con los anfitriones y la zona de cocina.
  
  La casa se abastece 100 % de energía solar, y dispone de todos los servicios para que tu estancia sea muy confortable, incluido wifi.

  We have a 4 months old baby, and we need help with him every afternoon.

  we need to clean and mantein the house every day
  Building:
  Tasks of masonry, painting, and maintenance in general.
  General maintenance:
  Depending on the season, there are some tasks that must be done on a regular basis so that everything we have built so far will run smoothly and avoid major breakdowns in the future that cost a lot of effort and time
  Farmstay:
  Feed the animals every day, clean their spaces and take care of them.

  Dependiendo de la temporada, hay algunas tareas que deben hacerse de forma regular para que todo lo que hemos construido hasta ahora funcione sin problemas y evitar grandes averías en el futuro que cuesten mucho esfuerzo y tiempo
  Farmstay:
  Dar de comer todos los días a los animales, limpiar sus espacios y cuidarlos.

  Accommodation

  Private room with toilet and double bed, ideal for couples; in a separate house from the hosts. The shower is shared with the hosts, and has hot water during the day.
  With regard to meals, the provision will be in charge of the owners, and the daily preparations will be shared among all the cohabitants. The cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area is the responsibility of the volunteers, the kitchen area and living room is another of the common areas with the hosts.
  
  
  Habitación privada con toilet y cama doble, ideal para parejas; en una casa separada de los anfitriones. La ducha es compartida con los anfitriones, y tiene agua caliente durante el dia.
  Con respecto a las comidas, la provision estará a cargo de los dueños, y la preparaciones diarias serán compartidas entre todos los convivientes. La limpieza y mantenimiento de la zona de cocina corre por cuenta de los voluntarios, el area de cocina y salon de estar es otra de las zonas comunes con los anfitriones.

  Vale la pena visitar todos los pueblos vecinos, y también hay algunos museos interesantes.
  Podemos proporcionarle una bicicleta y, ocasionalmente, un automóvil podría estar disponible.
  Hay autobuses diarios a la ciudad de Alicante, donde podrás disfrutar del mar mediterráneo y sus playas, en no mas de medio hora.
