UPDATED PROFILE**
Apologies for those looking for us over the winter, we logged out…!
Looking for help for the summer months. We need help with the animals, kids and weeds in the fields and garden!
We are a Family of 6 - 4 boys. 2 older ones away and 2 12 & 6 at home. Life is busy. Jim and Harriet both work, Harriet from home. We have just renovated our house and need pro active helpers to make the outside as smart!
Our woods are 25 acres - mix of deciduous and spruce.
Harriet is a great cook. It's a good place to be for those who want to muck in and help make the outside of our house keep up with the inside!!
We only want people who are enthusiastic fun and willing to really help us make a difference to our small plot.
We’re trying to go fully organic with no weed killers, synthetic fertilisers etc. We breed pigs for meat. They’re lovely but need to be given new areas, so clearing for fencing in the woods is a big thing.
Ideally you don’t mind being waste high in brambles with a strimmer in hand or on your knees weeding, or helping chop wood..
We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, hens and 11 pigs.
Another interesting, though probably unrealistic one is our aim to build a wood fired sauna. If you have the skills to help direct us in this we would be massively grateful.

Come help us make our house complete. We love it here, by the sea, looking at a gorgeous hill that you can explore. It's a special place and because we both work we can't get on top of clearing in the woods and making the outside special. Come help us. We’re trying to make our land sustainable, hard work but worth it in the long run.
Lots of chat to learn English and decent food, lots of it homegrown. We have our own pork!

Help
We’d like help in the garden, fields and woods
Everything is growing and we need help to tame it. We don’t use chemicals so it’s all about pulling, weeding and strimming.
If you’re into making tree houses or dens that would be a massive bonus for the boys!!
Building a wood fired sauna is our ultimate aim.

We overlook the most beautiful Beach in County Wicklow while having the hills on our doorstep but Dublin only a 1 hour bus ride away. We also have horses and animals that you will also be able to help look after.
