Maybe spend some time with our 5 year old happy and sweet granddaughter and read some books to her in your language.   WE ARE PRETTY MUCH FULL NOW FROM JULY THRU NOVEMBER NOTA BENE! We are native English and Spanish speakers, speak intermediate French and Italian and are learning German and Greek. Come visit us in Santa Cruz and learn about life in the SF Bay Area!

  Accommodation

  Private bedrooms and bathrooms in our large house in Santa Cruz. We also have 3 electric bikes for you to use so you can independently explore the area without need of a car. We also have two surfboards and two paddle boards for your use if you want to go surfing and see dolphins, whales, otters and seals! We also have a gym at the house with treadmills, rowing machines, weights and stairmaster, as well as a heated swimming pool for laps.

  What else ...

  We have internet of course. Easy bike or car access to redwoods, beaches, downtown cafes, public transportation or plan activities with us to visit Carmel, SF, Napa, etc. So much to do here in SF Bay Area. We are a multicultural family of Italian, Mexican and Californian heritage. We are writers and readers and entrepreneurs and outdoor nature people. We are healthy and active and always very curious about people and culture. We dont really need you to help out with anything but we do like to eat together on the patio so if you want to help cook, thats great, but otherwise bring your excellent conversation. We have a small garden should someone be inclined to assist with that, and we have two friendly outdoor cats named Maui and Philipe who are very independent.

  We have two private bedrooms with bath for visitors in our home. We have lots of light and nature around the house yet are only five minutes drive from redwoods, beach and cultural activities in town. NO SMOKING AT ALL PLEASE AS THE AIR IS SO CLEAN AND FRESH WHERE WE LIVE, YOU MUST COME TO ENJOY THE NATURE AND THE FRESH OCEAN AIR. We are very healthy people also and do not like smoke!
