Description
Welcome to our little paradise in the Pacific Northwest! We are a 37-year-old physician and my 38-year-old husband; we're so happy to share our lives in the stunning, remote community of Quatsino, British Columbia. Our home is a two-story, wooden, oceanfront cedar house that smells as wonderful as it looks. And let's not forget about the pitter-patter of paws; we share our home with our two adorable Lagotto Romagnolo dogs, who bring endless joy and fluff to our lives. Here, you won't just hear the waves crashing against the shore but also experience the untouched natural beauty that surrounds us.

One of the most exhilarating perks of living here is the unparalleled access to outdoor activities and wildlife. We have a couple of boats, including a Sea-doo and a Zodiac, that we'd love for you to learn to navigate. Imagine boating your way to the breathtaking San Josef Bay, renowned as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There are also opportunities for fishing trips, hiking, and so much more. The wilderness around the Quatsino Inlet is not just a backdrop—it's an active part of our daily lives.

Help
We're looking for enthusiastic and easygoing individuals interested in embracing a lifestyle that's in harmony with nature. Specifically, we could use help in a variety of areas:
Gardening: Tending to our flower gardens and lawnmowing.
Household Help: Basic chores like cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
Animal Care: Assisting with feeding and exercising our Lagotto Romagnolo dogs.
Special Projects: We often engage in minor renovations or upgrades to our home and property, and any extra set of hands is always welcome.Languages spoken

You'll have a comfortable, private bedroom with an attached bathroom in our home. We believe that everyone needs their space, and we've arranged a cozy little sanctuary for you. The kitchen and living space are shared, offering the perfect setting for evening discussions, shared meals, or a casual movie night.
What else ...
It's important to note that Quatsino is remote; we are accessible only by boat, and our closest neighbors are among the approximately 40 local residents. But it's precisely this seclusion that makes the experience so magical. If you're looking to truly unplug and connect with nature, there's no better place. Our isolation is our charm, and the wilderness that surrounds us is intoxicating in its sheer, untouched beauty.
We accept helpers that smoke cigarettes, cannabis & drink alcohol in moderation.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home and sharing this incredible adventure of life on the Pacific's edge.A little more information
