🌈Looking for german speaking Mary/Marty Poppins to support single mum with household & caretaking in the beautifull city of zürich🌈

    Hi there
My name is sophie, i am a single mum and freelance editor on feature films. My wonderfull son samu is 9 years old. We live in zürich but i have spent 10 years in berlin (Samu his 3 first years) where i still have my flat and second home to our family and friends (where we regulary go and bring our workawayer with us in summer).

we are looking for someone to stay with us on a longer term beginning of next year in zürich . All ahead i need to mention that we can not host couples because we dont have enough space for that in zürich and that we definately need someone who speaks german, like at least A2 level to get along with my son Samu.
We live in Zürich, Switzerland in a quiet familyneighbourhood but in walking distance (20min) to any interesting spots in ZH Downtown.

We would be happy about someone who wishes to stay with us from Feb-May/June. Of course it is within the shared time that we will figure out if we are all happy with the arrangement and we can talk or split up whenever it doesnt fit anyones needs but it would be nice if you can at least imagine to stay that long if everything fits:) For my son it is always a opening up to someone (for everyone i guess and within the last workaway expirience we figured out that it gets to a whole new (beautiful) level when we get to now eachother better and find out our ways of communication. Our last workawayer Tara stayed 2 month longer as planned:).

In Zürich you will have either your own really nice roomwith shared bathroom under the roof of the neighbours house.
We look for a workawayer who helps us the usual 4-5 hours per day with food shooping, preparing dinner and support with daily tasks (cleaning, laundry, playing games with Samu or sometimes watching after him when i go out). And maybeeee fix some stuff, painting a wall or two…Samus profile for our next workawayer was „likes to play chess and football and speaks german:))So yes,it is basic that you really enjoy beeing with a kid - or even several kids because we live in a family neighbourhood with gardens and we often eat all together or have the neighbours over or cooking at someones house.
We live in the city and im a single mum so im afraid it is not a place where u can learn amazing things about ecofarming or carpentry:) But we share our daily life, our open minds, yogamathes, cosy dinners and conversations on the balcony or the fireplace in the garden with the neighbours. It is not a hard job but a a daily one.If you would like to get a additional parttime job in zürich downtown we can adjust your workaway hours to your needs and make it work. You can learn german, even swiss german with us and share our favorite places and people of these two amazing cities.

We are easygoing, love good food (mostly vegetarian),music, visitors, yoga, chess and football.

I am mostly busy with working and happy to spend the few free hours of the day with my son or using the opportunity (when a workawayer is arround) to do yoga or meet friends.so dont excpect to much entertainment from my side.alltough i am always happy to have a cosy dinner together, talk about the day and hear about your adventures

Warm regards to you wherever on this planet this may find you.
