Description
Hi, my name's Axel, I am the owner of a small kitesurf club in Mancora, a fisherman village, surf town, laid back beach resort on the north coast of Peru close to the Ecuadorian border. We mostly offer kitesurf lessons but also stand-up paddle and other experiences to people passing by here, and kitesurfers who specifically chose the Peruvian north shore for its constant wind and perfect waves!
As a local paid staff we already work with Pablo who gives kite lessons and repairs kites, Ricardo who works as a surf guide, Augusto our accountant, and all the rest of the hotel staff.

You will follow our perfect healthy beach life in tune with the Ocean: surf, yoga, stand-up paddle. You will learn how to speak Spanish if you are already not proficient. If you are interested in how to run a small business and marketing and SEO, you'll learn too! There is also cool nightlife too in Mancora for whoever likes to party :)
Help
We have different specific missions for our volunteers, let us know if you are one of the following profiles we're looking for:
A) YOU'RE AN INDEPENDENT KITESURFER: and you're a fun social person. We'll need your help with the daily routine of our kite club, based in a superb hotel in front of the Ocean. You will give a hand with the front office, maintain the club tidy, welcome our kitesurfer's community, help the kite instructors, be the beach boy landing and launching kites, and eventually also liven up our social media...
B) YOU'RE A SEO EXPERT / PHOTOGRAPHER / PAINT ARTIST: If you're really an expert in one of those fields, we always need help there.
C) YOU'RE A BE/TRILINGUAL AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN HOTELS: If you're a social and fun human being, able to speak at least English and Spanish, and you have other competence (I.T. skills, administration, hotel managing experience, etc.), we may be looking for someone to help in our beautiful Eco-House Boutique in Mancora.

Accommodation
A private (or semi-private) room. Nice and Comfortable.
You will have free accommodation, a 40% discount on our kite lessons, or free kite gear for the good riders.
You may also have the possibility to use our Stand-up Paddleboards/surfboards, and get special discounts from our yoga studio partner.
What else ...
On your time off, you can go surfing, do yoga, fishing, and snorkeling in the morning. At night you usually gather with other surf & kite fellows and other friends for the sunset, dinner, and sometimes later on for the party.
