  Description

  I bought a small farmhouse in the Bourbonnais countryside less than a year ago to turn it into a family home for my children and their friends. I have a large garden to maintain and five bedrooms to repaint.
  
  I'm in the heart of the village of Saint-Plaisir, population 400, not far from the beautiful forests of Civray and Troncais. It's calm and peaceful. My partner has a candle-making workshop, and we're lucky to have quite a few young people who have settled here—dancers, choir members.
  I'm 9 km from Bourbon-l'Archambault, with its thermal baths and market full of wonderful local produce. I'm 12 km from Lurcy-Lévis and its famous Street Art City.
  
  A little haven of peace... at night I can see the Milky Way because there's no noise pollution—complete darkness. Bliss.
  
  We're also big board game fans.

  J ai acheté il y a pas encore 1 an une petite longere dans le bocage bourbonnais pour en faire une maison de famille pour mes enfants et leurs amis. J ai un grand terrain à entretenir et 5 chambres à repeindre.
  Je suis au cœur du village de Saint plaisir ..400 habitants .pas loin des très belles forêts de Civray et de Troncais. C est calme et reposant. Mon compagnon a de son côté un atelier de fabrication de bougies et nous avons la chance d avoir pas mal de jeunes qui se sont installés..danseurs..choristes
  Je suis à 9 km de bourbon l'Archambaut. Ses thermes, son marché avec ses merveilleux produits locaux. A 12 km de Lurcy levis et de son célèbre Street art city.
  Un petit havre de paix.. la nuit je vois la voie lactée car il n y a aucune nuisance ..noir complet .un bonheur.
  Nous sommes aussi très très jeux de sociétés.

  I am already a fan of home exchanges for my travels and I have hosted many people in my home in Paris with couchsurfing. I like meeting people and sharing. I have also shared a lot of meals and recipes. I can show you the region and its treasures, its gastronomy. There is a candle-making workshop in the village that offers demo workshops and our little bar organizes a Karaoke evening every 15 days, otherwise it is often the neighbors' party in my garden :-)

  Je suis déjà une adepte des échanges de maisons pour mes voyages et j ai beaucoup accueilli chez moi à Paris avec Homelink et couchsurfing. J aime rencontrer les gens et partager les cultures
  J ai beaucoup partagé aussi de repas er recettes
  Je pourrai vous montrer la région et ses tresors, sa gastronomie.
  Il y a dans le village un atelier de confection de bougies qui propose des ateliers demos, sinon c'est souvent la fête des voisins dans mon jardin :-)

  200 m² house with a large living room and wood-burning stove, a large kitchen for cooking together. Two shower rooms, WC and 5 bedrooms with double beds. A beautiful terrace and a large 2200 m² garden

  I'm 2.5 hours from Paris by train. The train station is in Moulins. There are shuttles to Bourbon l'Archambault, otherwise I can pick you up at the train station.
