  • Description

Our home is a beautiful consciously-evolving community. We are an international family working to teach and empower local communities, volunteers, students and guests with the knowledge and practices needed to ground the new paradigm on our planet. Through events, celebrations and hard work we are manifesting this vision every day. Together with changing our world through love.

On an ongoing basis, we host volunteers, co-creators (people hosting classes, retreats and workshops), students and paying guests.
    We provide breakfast and lunch.
Same days during the mornings we offer yoga/Qi Gong classes and in the afternoon different variety of workshops (fermentation cooking classes, breath work, handicraft, etc).
Our new community is only just over a year and a half, as of April 2018. This means we've really got a blank canvas for creative expression and molding this project into something beautiful. Likewise, we are constantly testing and improving our processes to create a harmonious community.

We are located on the lakeside of the stunning Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. Located within 20-30 minute walking distance to San Marcos.

Normally we have between 4-8 core team members on site and between 8-10 volunteers. We receive guests, and co-creators as teacher and artist from all over the world.

We host monthly Full moon celebrations & New moon celebrations filled with music, dancing, fire, food, friends and so much more.

We are actively inviting people who want to help to build and grow our spiritual and education eco-village. We welcome all types of people with all kinds of skills.

We hope to welcome you to the tribe soon! Please reach out to us with any questions.

Please contact us to share your skills and we can find a fit for you or teach you new skills! Some of the skills we're really looking right now:

    - Builders/Architect/Natural Building experience
    - Community Head Cook
    - Digital Marketing
    - Project Managers
    - Managers
    - Permaculture Experience
    -Graphic Designers

Overall our community is relatively new, about 1 and a half year as of the time of writing this and so the skills that are in most need are organizational and management oriented. We are actively seeking people with experience living in communities and implementing processes to organized community living, events, permaculture and more.

On the digital marketing side of things, we have several projects from expanding our website, email marketing, SEO and social media marketing. On this side of things, the opportunities are limitless!

We are also calling in a talented and experienced cook that can design and coordinate community meals. We are trying to develop the communal meal system to evolve into a more sustainable community through the way of buying in bulk and reducing energy output for our community members.

We are looking for someone to help manage, support and rally or volunteers. To check in with the volunteers each weekday, discuss which tasks they are doing and help ensure they have everything they need to finish their work.

We are currently in the process of designing a community project plan by observing the land, the way we use it and how we can improve the way we use it. We are accomplishing this through the developing implementation of permaculture principles. If you have experience in Permaculture, we are seeking you!.

There are opportunities to start your own art project, host workshops and really anything else you can think of.

We can always find a place for you :)

Other tasks include house maintenance, cleaning, gardening, fermenting, and other responsibilities that we decide on during our volunteer circles.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

You have 2 free days per week, which are usually Saturday and Sunday. The basic maintenance and cleaning of the space where you live is to be maintained outside of your volunteer hours, as this is required to keep a clean and healthy environment between community members.

There are several towns nearby with tons of great food, events and more. There is a fair number of volcanoes, waterfalls and stunning hikes nearby. Transportation is easy because everything is within walking distance or a cheap Tuk-Tuk or boatride.

    Welcome home!
