Description
Me, David and my wife Ángeles are 50agers working as teacher and ski instructor. We have a very beautiful house in a wonderful place near Granada where we don’t live, we only sometimes sleep.
Our final project would be to have a building with a part dedicated to housing, another part dedicated to hosting visitors such as Warmshowers or workawayers, and another to hold courses, conferences, meetings, celebrations and cultural events. In the space outside the house we want to recover the original Mediterranean forest while the part near the river would be dedicated to orchards. At the moment everything is half done: there are some orchards used by friends, the house is operational but we are going to do a major renovation, there are several terraces to build, fences and irrigation systems have to be installed, trees and bushes planted,...

If coming here you can make physical work, learning many works (brickwork, plumbing, electricity, farming) and enjoining wonderful surroundings. Granada is 7 km away (you can easily go by bike), and around there are many places to have sports like climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, ski, biking… also I can lend every needed material and even going with you.

We need workawayers who want physical work. Experience in this is area not needed but desired.

Non luxury cottage, living independent. You need to cook your own food. We’ll pay enough for this.

Free time will be wonderful, both if you like nature or city, because everything is near.
Buses are available to go to Granada, but biking is cheaper and wonderful
