  Welcome
  My name is Esther, I live with my daughter Sofía and our puppy Vesta. We live in a cabin in the forests of Asturias. The forest belongs to a village located 2km from a medieval town that offers us all the services belonging to the Primitive Way of Santiago. At home we have a garden that we use when the earth gives us food. The forest that belongs to the house is full of chestnut trees, oaks, eucalyptus and a small river. The type of life we have and that we offer is self-sufficient, we use spring water, we have electricity through solar panels and whenever we can we feed ourselves from our garden. Asturias is an exciting place to experience the cycles of nature, it offers beautiful landscapes and sightings of wild animals, you can enjoy great quality and gastronomic assortment, enjoy the snow in the mountains in winter and rough waves on beaches and rivers during summer. At home you can learn and collaborate in peasant life, specifically in the maintenance of the meadow, the orchard and in the cleaning and maintenance of the forest. Days such as planting food, clearing grass, cutting and collecting firewood or other house maintenance that arise are offered.
  
  Bienvenidos!
  Mi nombre es Esther, vivo con mi hija Sofía y con nuestra perra cachorra Vesta. Vivimos una cabaña en los bosques de Asturias. El bosque pertenece a una aldea ubicada a 2km de un pueblo medieval que nos ofrece todos los servicios. El territorio pertenece al Camino Primitivo de Santiago.
  En casa tenemos un huerto del que hacemos uso cuando la tierra nos regala los alimentos.
  El bosque que pertenece a la casa está lleno de castaños, robles, eucaliptos y un pequeño río.
  El tipo de vida que tenemos y que ofrecemos es autosuficiente, usamos agua de manantial, disponemos de luz a través de placas solares y siempre que podemos nos alimentamos de nuestro huerto.
  Asturias es un lugar emocionante para vivir los ciclos de la naturaleza, ofrece bellos paisajes y avistamientos de animales salvajes, se puede gozar de gran calidad y surtido gastronómico, disfrutar de la nieve de las montañas en invierno y de oleaje bravo en playas y ríos durante el verano.
  En casa podéis aprender y colaborar en la vida campesina, concretamente en el mantenimiento del prado, del huerto y en la limpieza y mantenimiento del bosque. Se ofrecen jornadas tales como la plantación de alimentos, la limpieza de hierba, corte y recogida de leña u otros mantenimientos de la casa que surjan.

  Accommodation

  It offers a room with a double bed and its own wardrobe for the use of one person, a bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared. A 5-hour daily job (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) is requested in exchange for accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner. No money is offered in exchange for work, but full board and the possibility of getting to know the territory by offering cultural outings in the area.
  
  Se ofrece una habitación con cama doble y armario propio para el uso de una persona, se comparte baño, salón y cocina. Se solicita un trabajo de 5 horas diarias (de 9 a 14h) a cambio de alojamiento, desayuno, comida y cena. No se ofrece dinero a cambio del trabajo, sí la pensión completa y la posibilidad de conocer el territorio ofreciendo salidas culturales del entorno.
