    Description

Our Foundation is a registered NGO. The major objective of this foundation is to support vulnerable and marginalized groups especially those children who were born with cognitive impairment such as Autism and the slow learners who have other congenital malformations. Children of this kind are not able to catch up with the normal school programs of learning by reading and writing. Our target is to help these groups of children to learn through extra curriculum and raise their inborn talents. We have inclusive education whereby Children with cognitive impairment are mixed together in classes with the normal children, to help them improve the social status. The school program is also a registered Centre. Some children who come from well-off families are contributing some amount to support operations, but for the impaired needy children are being enrolled completely free of charge. We have children of different ages starting with 1 year to 7 years, and 6 class categories, all their learning is embedded in active extra curriculum such as singing, dancing, drawing, coloring, naming things and recognitions. We see some emerging talents in other areas of extra curriculum especially for children with cognitive issues.
This special Volunteer request is being submitted to look for trainers who can support in the area of extra curriculum such as Music, Arts, Sports and Games in which we need to invest time for the impaired children to help them grow talented for the better tomorrow.

The organization is a team of 23 locally paid staff, inclusive are: 5 Drivers who pick and drop children every working days, 6 main teachers who manages the main classes, 4 assistant teachers and care takers to support baby classes and the kindergarten when class sessions are in progress, 3 cooks who prepares food for the day (mid-morning refreshments and lunch), 1 gardener to keep the environment clean every day, 1 security man daytime and 1 at night shift to ensure security of the compound, 1 managing director and 1 director general who is myself.
