  • Description

We are building this farm as a model organic farm and learning space for all farming enthusiasts, specially the locals here who are migrating towards cities at rapid rate. We are working with group of farmers with organic certification and providing market linkage to their produce.
I have engineering and environmental management background and whatever I have learnt about farming is throughput volunteering in various farms across Europe and Asia. I had a long dream to start something like this and I feel really lucky to find this beautiful place to start. We practice permaculture and indigenous indian natural farming practices and going towards being self sustainable. It has just been one year since we started so most of the things are in developing stage.
Huge possibility to develop farm and neighboring village as farm tourism and homestay destinations so exploring the opportunities. As a volunteer you get to explore the untouched Himalayan villages and get involved with the community.
If you are interested in doing some trekking around then we have mountain called Nag Tibba (approx 3000 metres ASL.) and lots of beautiful village for cultural walk.

Farm is located in rural part of Himalayan Uttarakhand. Place is totally untouched and away from road connectivity so you will find rural authenticity and lovely community around. Experience joy of giving and serving from the community around and be part of various festivals in regions around. There are lots of local Himalayan village festivals, gatherings, marriages which we are invited so you can join us for those events.
