Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
I can help you with your English and teach you about native plants and bush regeneration. I will take you bush walking on the property or in nearby National Parks and to local markets.

Help
Bush regeneration, general gardening chores and house maintenance. Sometimes other projects as required. Also help out in the kitchen preparing and sharing meals. Hours of work 8 am to 12 midday 5 days/week, plus helping with meals/washing up.
Prefer mature independent people - couple or two friends as sometimes you will work alone. You will also need to amuse yourselves in your spare time as I have other commitments.
Please have long pants, long sleeve shirt and hat for working outside. I will provide rubber boots, gloves and other safety equipment as required. -

Accommodation
NB: Cabin needs a major clean as no-one's been in for a while and it had some minor flooding. That will be your first task. In the meantime accommodation will be in a comfortable tent, (or a camper van if you have one :)
Separate accommodation in a spacious rustic cabin with kitchenette. Bush/compost toilet. Hot showers in the main house. Mostly vegetarian meals. Expect to see a range of wildlife including a range of birds, wallabies, reptiles, insects and spiders. -
What else ...
Six kilometres from the local village - counter-culture capital of Australia with cafes and shops. Bird watching, frog listening, bush walks.

Space for parking camper vans
There is space for a reasonable size camper van. Undercover parking can be arranged. Large towed caravans would have trouble negotiating the driveway.
