Description
I bought a house in Kanagawa and now I'm wanting to change a few things but it's hard to do it by myself. I could really use a bit of help. All the basic renovation tasks need to be addressed. If you reach out, please include what you have experience with. It's really important to know what exactly you can do so I don't accidentally book 3 people for the same job, so please be specific.
Please keep all communication on Workaway. I get about 90-100 requests a week and trying to remember emails, whatsapp, telegram, Line, kakao, wechat, fb messenger... haha I can't do it. So let's just communicate here.
Note: I have a cat here. He's a bit shy and a bit fat but sheds like crazy so if you have allergies this might not work.
Specific urgent work needed:
**DONE 2 sheets of drywall hung (doesn't need finished)
peel and stick stone tile put on the wall and grouted
**DONE exhaust hood hung up
flooring sanded, stained, sealed
upper cabinets built and hung
one lower cabinet built
dishwasher plumbed in
**DONE trash broken down and sorted for proper recycling and disposal
**DONE Mini-split (aircon) installed in one room
Less urgent work needed:
Caulking around windows and doors outside
A few walls either painted, plastered or papered. I'm open to suggestions

My place is close to the beach but also has direct access to Tokyo. My place is pretty close to Kamakura too. I have a tiny car so I could take you around locally.
Help
Hey, I'm out in Yokosuka Kanagawa and need some help with DIY projects and light renovation. Let me know if that's your thing, just let me know what reno skills you have. I can't teach so I need people with previous experience who can jump right in.

Interested in learning Danish. Only Danish, sorry.Accommodation
Depending on how many people are here at once, you might get a private room or need to share. I'd rather not double up people in rooms for more than a day but I'll try to accomodate overlapping schedules. Overall I'd like to keep one person or couple per room. I don't really cook but can buy groceries. The shower is hot and the water pressure is good.
What else ...
It's nice and quiet out here but you can get to the bigger cities like Yokohama or Tokyo directly. You can get to Kamakura directly from the local station in about 30 minutes.

Maybe. I have a cat that has no natural instincts so he won't try to kill small animals, but he's a nervous fella so bigger animals might scare him.
