  Description

  After moving to a little village in the country side, outside Pinoso in the province of Alicante, 50mins from the airport and an hour from the beach, Countryside life in rural spain with olive groves, grape vines and almonds growing around, we have found our perfect place to live. We are a husband and wife team with our 8 year old daughter, managing a business in UK, outdoor life and our animals are our life. We also like to enjoy the local hospitality. Our daughter attends the local school and we like to have a work to live attitude and our house is always full of fun and laughter.
  Our house is set in 10,000sqm, encompassing our 3 horses, 3 goats, 3 ducks and 2 chickens, 2 peacocks As well as 2 dogs.

  The opportunity will give the work away a chance to work with a variety of animals in terms of their care required within our environment. Lots of free time to explore and lots of flexibility to undertake the tasks.

  Help

  We are looking for some help which is very much outside based including feeding animals, mucking out, keeping yard areas clean and tidy and some light weeding. We would also like support to walk our dogs on short walks as well as keeping the yard free from dog poo. General tidying and cleaning outside. Plus a little painting project e.g electric fence. Also some childcare for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
  If the work away is Spanish then we would welcome help to develop our own Spanish in a relaxed format.
  We like to spend time with the Workaway, trip to beach, dinners out, drinks etc

  Accommodation

  Private en suite, double room with separate door entrance, and roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains and valley. Room has WiFi, fridge, shower as part of Bathroom.. Roof Terrace has a private table and chairs to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Swimming pool is also available to use freely.
  Kitchen in main house is available to use to prepare food etc
  We welcome the opportunity to have meals together at home or in local restaurants.

  Male & female cycles available to use as well as a 2 seater quad bike if suitable licence and ability to ride.
  Local village bar is 10mins walk and the main town is 10mins drive, or 30mins bike ride.
  Lots of traditional Spanish tapas bars, modern bistro and Michelin start restaurants to experience.
  Local bodegas giving the opportunity to see first hand the process of wine making.
  Miles of tracks to walk or ride along locally to explore the beautiful countryside.
