  •• WHO WE ARE ?
  Ciao !! We are Francesco (farmer, gardener and tree-climber) and Bijaya (landscape architect and teacher of different bioconstruction methods), we live in the heart of Sabina (near Farfa - Rieti/Lazio). Francesco dedicate yourself to the cultivation of cereals and legumes, from which obtain flours with mill, also produce oil and we live in a country house where we have a vegetable garden and different fruit trees for our own consumption.
  We live immersed in nature, in a panoramic place among olive trees and centuries-old trees rich in history, where you can take pleasant walks and fully connect to the natural world in a silent atmosphere away from main roads and urbanization, we share our life with many animal friends (horses, roosters and hens, dogs, cats).
  There are always many things to do every day, from taking care of our animal friends to taking care of the vegetable garden; when we aren't working on our respective jobs we like to spend our time immersed in nature taking on the road trips with the Bijaya's minivan, having barbecues with our friends and family, invent a new recipes with the products and fruits of our gardenand or invetior dedicating ourselves to inventing building with bio-construction methods like wood, bamboo and COB.
  
  •• WINTER SEASON IN A FARM
  -our daily life-
  Ciao, if you are interested to have a experience in a farm we are very happy to split with you our life daily.
  Generally we start with one week, if our life found a natural and good synergy we are happy to continue our life together for more time !!
  In this period we need a help for some different agricultural activities, like help Francesco with to order the olive's tree after a intensive period to harvest them, we'll building a fences for protected a new cultivations of cereals & legumes, take a care together our farm (animals, gardens, etc.), and also we have some projects by bio-construction methods with Bijaya, B. is very happy to improve and dedicated herself for to building a new space in our farm.
  
  •• IMPORTANT
  We want inform you that on the half of November we need to live for a few days the farm, so we need someone that take a care our farm, like to take a care the animals, the garden and vegetable garden and to do some small work around our farm.
  You'll have a bedroom and bathroom all for io and we split the kitchen, we offer our products but you are freedom to buy that you need for yourself for ear.

  •• CHI SIAMO ?
  CIAO !! Siamo Francesco (agricoltore, giardiniere e tree-climber) e Bijaya (architetto paesaggista e biocostruttrice), viviamo nel cuore della Sabina (vicino Farfa - Rieti/Lazio).
  Francesco si dedica alla coltivazione di cereali e legumi, dai quali otteniamo farine con il suo mulino, produce anche olio e viviamo in una casa di campagna dove abbiamo un orto e tanti alberi da frutto per il nostro autoconsumo.
  Viviamo immersi nella natura, in un posto panoramico in mezzo agli olivi e alberi secolari ricchi di storia, dove si possono fare piacevoli passeggiate e connettersi pienamente al mondo naturale in un atmosfera silenziosa lontano da strade principali e urbanizzazione, condividiamo la nostra vita con tanti amici animali (cavalli, galli e galline, cani, gatti).
  Ci sono sempre tante cose da fare ogni giorno, dal prendersi cura dei nostri amici animali alla cura dell'orto; quando non siamo impegnati nei nostri rispettivi lavori ci piace trascorrere il nostro tempo sempre immersi nella natura facendo viaggi on the road e scoprendo sempre nuovi paesaggi, ci piace organizzare barbecue con i nostri amici e familiari, inventare nuove ricette con i prodotti e i frutti del nostro orto e dedicarci ad inventare con diversi metodi di bio-costruire come con il legno, il bambù e la terra cruda.
  
  •• STAGIONE INVERNALE IN FATTORIA
  -la nostra vita quotidiana-
  Ciao, se sei interessato a fare un'esperienza in una fattoria siamo molto felici di condividere con te la nostra vita quotidiana.
  Generalmente iniziamo questa esperienza per una settimana, se le nostra vite troveranno una naturale sinergia saremo felici di continuare la nostra vita insieme per più tempo !!
  In questo periodo abbiamo bisogno di un aiuto per diverse attività agricole, come aiutare Francesco a ordinare gli uliveti dopo un intensivo periodo di raccolta, costruiremo nuove recinzioni per proteggere il nuovo ciclo di coltivazione di cereali e legumi, ci prenderemo cura insieme della nostra fattoria (animali, giardini, orto, ecc.), e abbiamo anche alcuni progetti con metodi di bio-costruzione con Bijaya, B. è molto felice di condividere il suo lavoro, e si dedicherà alla costruzione di nuovi spazi per la nostra fattoria.
  
  •• IMPORTANTE
  Vogliamo informarvi che a metà novembre dovremo partire per qualche giorno, quindi abbiamo bisogno di qualcun@ che si prenda cura della nostra fattoria, che si prenda cura degli animali, del giardino e dell'orto e che faccia qualche piccolo lavoro nella nostra fattoria.
  Avrete una camera da letto e un bagno tutti per me e noi dividiamo la cucina, offriamo i nostri prodotti ma siete liberi di acquistare ciò di cui avete bisogno per voi stessi.

  EN • After so many years dedicated to the land I want to start traveling again and interact with other projects in the world of bio-construction, following my partner (Bijaya) in her projects around the world on the road, some even here on the farm/country house, a passion that has remained dormant and that I want to 'recultivate'... which is why I'm looking for someone (solo or preferably as a couple) to take care of my animals , my garden and my plants for short-medium periods (2-3 weeks) when I have to be away and also to help with some activities in our country house, like take a care of animals and vegetables garden.
  
  *SEASONAL PROGRAM - seasonal update- :*
  - arrangement, restauration and reorganization of the external spaces;
  - preparation of jams and processed products (jams, sauces, biscuits, pastes) packing of products (flours, cereals) for annual requirements;
  - maintenance and renovation of animal enclosures (pigs, horses and chicken coops, dogs and cats);
  - daily vegetables garden maintenance and animal care.

  WORK INTERCHANGE • 5 hours at day, maximum of 25 hours a week.
  with hospitality, food and accommodation; the rest of the time you will have the opportunity to discover and enjoy the nature that surrounds us.
  You can shared a private room with 2 beds with other workaways and sharing of common spaces (kitchen, bathroom); you will also be able to enjoy the products I grow (seasonal vegetables and flours that I produce).

  IT • Dopo tanti anni dedicati alla terra voglio ricominciare a viaggiare e interagire con altri progetti nel mondo della bio-costruzione, seguendo la mia compagna (Bijaya) nei suoi progetti in giro per il mondo on the road, una passione rimasta sopita e che voglio 'ricoltivare'.. per questo cerco qualcuno (da solo o preferibilmente in coppia) che si prenda cura dei miei animali, del mio giardino e della mie piante per periodi medio-brevi (1-2-3 settimane) quando devo assentarmi e anche per aiutarmi in alcune attività quando siamo nella nostra casa in campagna, come prendere cura degli animali e dell'orto.
  
  *PROGRAMMA STAGIONALE - aggiornamento stagionale- :*
  - sistemazione, restaurazione e riorganizzazione degli spazi esterni;
  - preparazione di marmellate e prodotti trasformati (marmellate, salse, biscotti, paste) confezionamento di prodotti (farine, cereali) per il fabbisogno annuale;
  - manutenzione e ristrutturazione dei recinti degli animali (maialine, cavalli, pollai, cani e gatti);
  - manutenzione quotidiana dell'orto e cura degli animali.

  SCAMBIO LAVORO • 5 ore giornaliere, massimo 25 ore settimanali con ospitalità, vitto e alloggio; il resto del tempo avrete la possibilità di scoprire e godere della natura che ci circonda.
  È possibile condividere una stanza privata con 2 letti con altri workaways e condividere gli spazi comuni (cucina, bagno); potrete inoltre gustare i prodotti che coltivo (verdure di stagione e farine di mia produzione.
