Our team is 80% Thai locals and 20% expats from all over the world. This is why we would love to invite volunteers that speak a range of languages. We see our team as a family and support eachother as much as possible to make the working environment as fun and positive as possible.

By travelling around Samui with our guests and team you will be encouraged to take in the local community, traditions and culture. We have trips to temples, educational cruises around different islands, monthly fairs where local businesses come and engage with backpackers plus much more!
We will encourage you to learn Thai during your stay with us as well as educating you on local festivals and how you can not only join in on these but also support them.Help
We are looking for energetic and excited travellers to come to our hostel and help guests have the best time possible. You will be taking people out and showing them the island, joining our special tours including boat cruises, jungle adventures, temple visits, charity events, getting involved with daily activities and so much more!
