  We own a hostel located in front of the beach In Palomino, one of the most beautiful places in the region of La Guajira, in the Colombian Caribbean.
  We started this project 10 years ago and we continue working on it every day. We are currently looking for volunteers who can help us with different tasks ranging from gardening and general maintenance, to construction projects and language practice. Palomino is a multicultural and bohemian town, full of places and landscapes to discover in its surroundings. Come live this dream at our hostel.

  Somos un hostal ubicado frente a la playa en Palomino, uno de los lugares más hermosos de la región de La Guajira, en el Caribe Colombiano.
  Empezamos este proyecto hace 10 años y seguimos trabajando día a día en él. Actualmente estamos buscando voluntarios que nos puedan ayudar en diferentes tareas que van desde jardinería y mantenimiento general, hasta proyectos de construcción y práctica de idiomas. Palomino es un pueblo multicultural y bohemio, lleno de lugares y paisajes por descubrir en sus alrededores. Ven a vivir este sueño en el Hostel.

  You will have the opportunity to interact with the Colombian culture and connect with our people and region. Our hostel has a swimming pool, restaurant, hammock area, co-working and is equipped with Wi-Fi. We offer a bunk bed in the staff room for accommodation. For work days we offer 2 meals a day. ). the possibility of learning and practicing Spanish with all our staff.

  Tendrás la posibilidad de conocer y relacionarte con la cultura colombiana y la región del Caribe. Nuestro hostal tiene piscina, restaurante, zona de hamacas, co-working y está equipado con Wi-Fi en zonas comunes. Ofrecemos estadía en el cuarto de Staff.
  Para los días de trabajo ofrecemos 2 comidas al día. Para los días de descanso ofrecemos una cocina para que puedan preparar su comida. la posibilidad de aprender y practicar español con todo nuestro personal.

  We are looking for proactive people, with a good sense of humor and a lot of energy. It is necessary to speak English. We generally need support in general maintenance tasks, order, and organization of spaces, tourist reception, gardening, painting, or construction projects. The needs are varied and depend on the time of year.

  Estamos buscando personas proactivas, con buen sentido del humor y mucha energía. Es necesario hablar inglés. Generalmente solicitamos apoyo en tareas de mantenimiento general, orden y organización de espacios, acogida de turistas, jardinería, pintura o proyectos de construcción. Las necesidades son variadas y dependen de la época del año.

  We offer a bunk bed in a shared room for staff. The beds are equipped with mosquito nets. Toilets are available inside the dormitory. The site is equipped with electricity and Wi-Fi. For work days we offer 2 meals a day. For rest days we offer a kitchen.

  Cama en dormitorio compartido del staff. Las camas estan en literas. Los baños están disponibles dentro del dormitorio. El sitio está equipado con electricidad y wi-fi. Para los días de trabajo ofrecemos 2 comidas al día. Para los días de descanso ofrecemos una cocina para que puedan prepara su comida.

  Palomino is full of places to discover. In its surroundings, you can find the sea, beaches, rivers, jungle, and desert. You can do water sports and activities in the river or in the sea, from tubbing and paddling to surfing and windsurfing in different seasons of the year. There are also mountain activities, walks, and horseback riding in the surroundings. Additionally, there are several indigenous cultures of the region to learn about and flora and fauna sanctuaries to visit.
