Description
Hi everyone,
my name is Massimo and I’m a 29-year-old guy who loves meeting new people, discovering new cultures and learning new ways of living. I’m always trying to expand my knowledge—especially my English skills. I’ve always loved travelling and with this project I hope to help people like me who enjoy sharing experiences, personal growth and cultural exchange.
I live in San Benedetto del Tronto, a beautiful seaside town on the Adriatic coast. In the summer months (May to September) it’s often called a “little Miami” because of its palm-lined promenade, nightlife, beaches and energy.
I also run a small supermarket in Cossignano, a peaceful village about 15 minutes by car from San Benedetto. There, I have a very large villa where I can host Workawayers who want to come and enjoy this area.
Even though I’ve travelled quite a bit around the world, I truly believe that Italy—and especially this region—is something unique. Here you can reach the sea in 1 minute on foot and the mountains in just 30 minutes. I’m lucky enough to have a house right by the beach for the summer and another one close to the mountains for the winter season.
One of my biggest passions is sport. I’m also a personal trainer, so I love going to the gym and doing any kind of physical activity. I have a big group of friends and we’re always doing something fun: boat trips, weekend parties, long days on the beach, dinners, events… you’ll never get bored here!
I decided to join Workaway because many people I’ve met during my travels have visited me afterwards—and every single one of them fell in love with this place. I want to share that same experience with others. I’m 100% sure that whoever comes here will have fun and get to know the true Italian lifestyle.

I love meeting new people, and Workawayers will have plenty of chances to connect with me, my family, and the local community. In Cossignano, life is calm and authentic — neighbours know each other, local events are frequent, and everyone is friendly.
On weekends, when we go to San Benedetto del Tronto, you’ll experience a completely different atmosphere: beach life, nightlife, cafés, sports, and lots of young people, especially in summer. It’s a great place to make new friends and enjoy the Italian lifestyle.
Skills and Knowledge I Can Share
I’m a personal trainer, so if you’re into fitness or want to improve your health, I’d be happy to train with you, teach workout techniques, or help you build a routine.
I can also share what I know about:

Help
Workawayers will mainly help me with managing the house in Cossignano and supporting me with small, everyday tasks.
The villa is large, so the help I need is simple but useful:
• light house maintenance
• keeping common areas tidy
• helping in the garden
• small practical tasks depending on the week
Nothing is heavy or complicated — just normal help to keep the place running smoothly.
Sometimes you may also give me a hand with small projects related to my supermarket or personal training business( like responde to’ email ) , but always within reasonable and respectful limits.
The help required will be very light: just a few hours per day, for a maximum of 3–4 days a week. Payment will depend on the tasks you will be doing — starting from an amount equivalent to the typical minimum hourly rate in Italy (usually around €8–9-10 per hour) and potentially more, depending on additional responsibilities.
If any extra tasks are agreed upon, extra payment will also be provided.

Accommodation
Workawayers will stay in my large villa located in Cossignano, a quiet and charming village in the Marche region. The house has three fully habitable floors and a spacious private garden with beautiful views of the countryside. It’s a peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature, and experiencing authentic Italian village life.
You will have your own private bedroom with plenty of space and comfort. The house has 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, and many common areas where you can relax, read, or work. The Wi-Fi is reliable and the atmosphere is calm.
My mother also stays in the villa, and she is very friendly and respectful. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own privacy while still sharing moments together when we want.
During the weekends, we usually stay in San Benedetto del Tronto, in my home by the sea. You are welcome to join if you like — it’s an energetic coastal town with beaches, nightlife, cafés, and lots of young people, especially during the summer months.
Overall, the accommodation offers both tranquility during the week and the option for more social, lively days by the sea on weekends.
