Hi, After a year of running a hostel in liveliest part of Mumbai which is Bandra, we have recently opened another one in Calangute, the party district of Goa. We are fairly new in the hospitality/hostel industry, open to experimenting, while trying to bring scale and professionalism to our venture. We'd be happy to have volunteers from any walks of life, who'd be keen to work together grow this space.
In Mumbai, our hostel is located in a private villa in the heritage, Indo-Portuguese style village of Ranwar in Bandra. It's a 5-7 minute walk from the sea-front and equally close to the shopping district as well as the nightlife spots. We have 6 rooms each equipped with 3 bunk-beds and an attached washroom. The rooftop area has a cafe with a kitcheentte, a cozy reading zone with a library and a bunch of board games.
In Goa, our hostel is located in a heritage Portugese Villa, primely located within 7 mins walking distance to the Calangute beach. give you the experience of an old-world Goan charm without keeping you far from the most happening parties of the city. The boutique hostel offers a mix of rooms including 6, 8, 8+ dorm mixed rooms, female-only dorms with en-suite washrooms, and private rooms. With an outdoor cafe, a garden to chill, an indoor gaming area and library, there's a lot to do within the hostel area.

Mumbai is known as a city that never sleeps and the liveliest part of this non-sleeping city is Bandra! Originally a tiny fishing village inhabited by Kolis (fishermen), Bandra is now one of the most happening spots in the city. You'll meet all types of people around in Bandra, from locals to travellers, modern to the traditional, jet-setters to the lazy ones. And what could be better then staying in a hostel, where you would meet tens of new people everyday from all over the world. Interaction with them itself would give you new insights. And then you'll also learn the operations of the hotel. During your free time, you can chose to catch the the morning sunrises at the jogging promenade nearby, stroll in the portugese styled alleys around the hostel, catch a meal at one of the lovely cafes dotted all over around Bandra, take a ride on the local train, binge on the street food... the list goes on. And we can assure you, this cosmopolitian, fast-paced city will not leave you unfazed.
Being a relatively new hostel, we have lot of things to do. From guest relations/management to social media engagement and from creating art around the space to meeting tour organizers for tie-ups. We aren't looking for anyone experienced - If you're creative and can roll-up your sleeves and work, just drop us a line!

We'll provide you with a bed with a fan and hot-shower in one of our mixed dorm rooms. You could join the team and guests at the complimentary breakfast served on the rooftop everyday. We also do arrange for your daily mails. And then we do have a kitchen which you can use to store food or cook up a meal. There is a supermarket bang opposite the hostel and tons of eating places in a 1 km radius.
We are right in the heart of the city. The shopping district is less than a km away and so is the sea-front and the food-spots. The railway station is a about 1.2 kms and you can reach any part of the city in about an hour from here.
